Had a very nice continental breakfast.

THE HOUSKEEPERS WERE VERY WELL WITH STAFF BUT THE MAN AND LADY AT THAT FRONT DESK IS BY FAR TO RUDE TO EVEN OBTAIN A JOB BEHIND THAT DESK!! THEY BOTH NEED TO BE EVALUATED OR FIRED CAUSE TALKING TO CUSTOMERS IN THAT MANNER IS BY FAR UNNECESSARY AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

The second floor smelled like marijuana. Walking out of the room into the hallway the smell would hit you in the face. The first room I was in was awful. I asked to be moved to a first floor room which was available. I even said I would take a queen instead of the king I paid for. However, the manager would only move me across the hall. Ridiculous because the smell was still there. Management did not seem concerned with this, even though they have a "no smoking " policy with a $250 fine for violators.

Staff was very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Breakfast was decent and the area was clean. Our room was clean other than my husband finding an unused condom behind the tv stand lol. Other than that everything was good. We didn’t mention the one issue we had to hotel staff.

our receptionist was nice and the prices in the little store they had was reasonably priced. location is also very nice as well. just needs to be cleaned more

Unexpected stay, was the cheapest option where we needed it. Good hot breakfast, nice room, elevator worked fine but was showing some use/age.

The location and the property was very clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. No complaints

I loved the location and the suites seem up to date. We’ve came across and had to kill 3 roaches/bugs while we were there. Which made it very uncomfortable to complete our stay.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. The hotel was quiet and well maintained and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, we were very pleased and pleasantly surprised with our stay

Good experience with this hotel.

Breakfast was good, location was prime, and transit time to downtown Louisville was good. Room service could have come earlier, we were sometimes in the room when they came to service it.

Pretty cheap for what I got

It was quiet.

The couch in the room was nice, the bed was comfy, I loved that room service came and replenished our room while we were out exploring. Hallways and elevator was hot, our door card got deactivated between day 1 and day 2, the t.v. remote was difficult to work.

Pool and breakfast

There was a light in the front that was blinking all night. It was annoying.

i liked the area and the outside of the hotel. well the rooms were not clean. in one of the rooms i reserved, there was a used diaper under the sink, a yellow stain on the sheet, cereal on the ground, and a used tissue beside the bed. absolutely disgusting.( pictures below) also the fact that housekeeping was literally unlocking and barging into the room at 8:30 this morning. not just my room but my other room as well.
