We loved the location of this property. Being near the conference we were attending the availability of food was great. The hotel was alright. Didn’t feel super clean in the hallways and elevators. The downstairs hallways and elevator would usually smell of smoke or weed. Not really their fault. The AC unit in our room was really noisy. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I don’t expect much from included hotel breakfast but it was pretty low quality. The staff was friendly and did what was expected. The parking lot lights flashed every night along with the La Quinta sign on the hotel. Just made things seem kinda sketchy. Overall it was fine for our needs but we’ll probably stay somewhere else if we go to Louisville again.

Upon notifying Night Desk Attendant of the Problems, She chose to Argue about them rather than offer Solutions. Will NEVER stay here again!

Great hotel! Clean inside and out, comfy beds, lots of channels in tv, safe area easy to find and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We found a cockroach in our room. Very noisy at night and police were even called in the morning we were leaving across the hall from us!!! Not sure what the issue was but I was traveling with two small children that were upset.

I specifically requested and confirmed with staff that room was pet free due to allergies, the bed skirting was absolutely covered with pet hair. Dirt and hair behind doors, previous customer hair in tub. Walls very thin, could hear EVERYTHING the adjoining room was doing. Kids were running and yelling down the hallway, adjoining rooms plumbing would rattle in the walls every time they flushed toilet. Property is not well maintained. Hallway to room had an odor mixed with weed smell. Wallpaper peeling in several areas, poor lighting, musty carpet smell in hallways. Parking spaces were very narrow making it difficult to open car doors without hitting the other cars. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

We were traveling with our dog, very accommodating with nice grassy areas to walk dog

Room was very clean, this will be the spot we stop at on the way to Ohio and back home

Nicely updated. Room was clean. Lobby was updated and clean. Standard breakfast food. Very solid.

Horrible. Run! It’s so gross.

The hotel is a some wear and tear but otherwise very clean. Not bad for one night stay.

I liked the location The hotel room was in a state of disarray. The bed sheets were stained, there were strands of short black hair in the bathtub, the bathtub was clogged, the toilet paper rolls were nearly depleted, and there was no hair conditioner in the bottle. Furthermore, the staff were not kind or welcoming
