Nicely updated. Room was clean. Lobby was updated and clean. Standard breakfast food. Very solid.

Horrible. Run! It’s so gross.

The hotel is a some wear and tear but otherwise very clean. Not bad for one night stay.

If I had read the reviews before I rented this room I would have never booked it! But this room was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone was nice and the pool was clean and quiet 😁

The Bed sheet had stains and was worn through the material looked bad. I asked for a new sheet and was handed a replacement sheet that was not folded, kinda low Quality standards. The main lobby, lower floor hall including the elevator floor was dirty, I shouldn’t had to inform the lobby about the trail of dirt. It took several hours before it was swept up. The elevator and upper floor remained dirty all day. My wife was really upset and wanted to go but we could not because we used Hotels.coms cancelation policy.

Great hot breakfast available. Room was comfortable, though the bed had a couple of springs in it that would make noise upon sitting on the bed, but not while laying down, fortunately. Parking was easy, and the area felt pretty safe.

Easily accessible. Quiet. Safe. I would stay again next time I am in the area.

Staff was very quick to correct any issues. Facility was clean.

Easy check in, room was nice and clean, and staff was professional and informative. I will say there were some things that were outdated and "patchy" in the room so a remodel would only improve the experience. But overall I would stay again.

Rooms and bathroom was very clean, also very quiet. However the breakfast was extremely bad. But overall it was great for what I was there for. I would stay again. Oh the price was good too

We didn't have breakfast it was already done by the time we came down. That the room was clean and neat. Thank goodness no carpet anymore. The front desk person was very friendly. We were placed near the elevator and were not told that there was a group on our floor. They were entering and exiting rooms all night past 2 a.m. Talking loudly in the halls and in the elevator "lobby". Running up and down the halls. It would have been nice for staff to address this without us having to say something with getting no resolution. We had little sleep. We arrived at the facility close to 11 pm and expected most people to be sleeping already. There were people still using the pool as well. If there is a group on a floor book and room other guests on a different floor.
