Staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy. Beds were super comfortable and breakfast included was a perk!

The desk chair was broken

The chair at the desk in the room needed to be replaced. The shower was tough to get a warm shower, forget getting a hot shower! The breakfast was just okay! Overall clean and somewhat comfortable.

Pool was small and cold.

The room had mismatched damaged furniture and several plug-ins didn't work. There were several men hanging around the lobby when I arrived and they rode the elevator up with me. My husband wasn't with me, so I didn't feel very safe. The shower never really warmed up. And the manager couldn't print out a receipt for me when I checked out. It was not the updated, clean hotel that was depicted on line.

The elevator was out of service, so the desk workers had to power it up in order to go to the third floor, but when they were busy the wait was unacceptable for them to manually open the elevator doors. We took the stairs, but be it that my wife is disabled, that created challenges for her. In the room, I was told to contact the front desk when we were coming down and they will send up the elevator. The problem was the phone in the room had no phone cord, so kind of made it impossible at the moment. I did call back in from my cell, to inform them of that and also that the remote for the TV did not work. I received another remote the next day and was still the same. I was contacted by your staff prior to check in to be sure that I needed the room I booked, I would have appreciated a heads up that the elevator was out of order, so that I could have made sure there was a room available on the bottom floor or if had to find another hotel. With the question of what could be done, refund of my stay would satisfy us…….sent this to management

The strawberries at breakfast were rotten, the facility spread cleane at first but when you look it is not very clean. The tub felt weird to my feet, when i looked down there was peeling paint . The staff was nice but that’s about it, definitely not worth the money we spent unfortunately

Stayed for several days to meet up with family. Pool was too freezing cold to swim and we were told they couldn’t do anything about it. Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean but needs updating. Bathtub in our room felt like it was going to give in when you got in it.

Loved the indoor pool.

Had my daughter's birthday there and it was great, hotel room was nice and clean. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed the pool the whole evening!

The lamp in my room had to lean against the wall in order to stand. There was a lot of dust on the refrigerator. The shower didn’t have a curtain so my sink and floor got wet from it. The pool was cold and dirty.

Hotel staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful when checking in very late after a long day of traveling. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet and breakfast had more than enough options. The kids enjoyed the pool and exercise area. My only issue was that the room was very humid and took a long time to cool off.

The room was clean, the pricing wasn’t bad, and I slept comfortably in the room.

Other than that, the stay was good.!

Room and bath were clean, convenient parking

Rooms clean and modern. Quiet and located close to the business event we were attending.

We have tried the breakfast and while it is tasty, the sausage is a bit hot, otherwise there are several choices for fruit, juice, waffles, eggs and other cold options. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.
