Nice laundry facilities, staff is very nice and helpful.

Me and my friend were only saying for 4 days and we love it but it did have some small problems but the staff told us they were in a middle of reservations this morning was a bro bit uncomfortable to sleep in and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great like you can't even get a full shower in other than that, it's been a pretty nice stay

The general manager is absolutely rude

El cuarto me lo entregaron limpio. Se le notificó al realizar check in que me iba a hospedar de dos a tres meses, empleada indica que había disponibilidad. Luego de dos semanas hospedado. Me notificaron que me tengo que ir del hospedaje. Porque tienen un festival. Y el hospedaje está lleno. La molestia es porque no notificaron desde la semana de inicio. Si se sabía que en el mes de septiembre tienes distintos festivales. Todo es negocio, porque los cuartos para esta fecha los suben el precio hasta mil quinientos por semana por app. Gracias

Office staff was very pleasant and helpful

Beth and the rest of the front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Hanging area and lots of shelves and cubes for storage were helpful. Laundry facilities were clean and a good value. Still scratching my head as the “fully equipped kitchen” had literally nothing in it — not even a coffee maker. You could purchase one, or a single place setting for $20 or a basic cooking set for $30. I’d happily pay a few extra bucks a night to have the basics. Wanting/needing that for a longer term stay is why you go to a place like this! We’ve had basics at other extended stay hotels, but they were not only nicer but more expensive.

No breakfast Nothing to like Close to highway Poor WiFI Drug Deals going on inside and outside the building All floors smell like pet feces and urination Laundry room smells like a garbage truck People let their dogs bark all day and night Front desk never picks up the phone Daily rates change for some people except the people that gives the front desk workers drugs I guess if you don't do drugs you would not like this hotel And pets are never on their leash

Room was not clean. Mini kitchen was super dirty. Cockroach climbing on the wall. Bedding terrible. No complimentary coffee. No WiFi. Bed super hard. Smelled like drugs or cigarette smoke.

As far as my experience with them, it's acceptable.

Water dripped in our room on our bed for a day at the end of our trip. They wouldn’t let us get clean towels past 8-9 pm even though the signs says we can get fresh linens and towels Anytime.. wouldn’t stay here again

Close to several stores. Very clean and quuet!!

Staff was incredibly helpful and apologetic after an online problem with the room reservation and went out of their way to accommodate us and resolve the problem so we could rest after our drive.

Terrible smell throughout the entire place . Rooms smelled like roach spray and body odor . When I asked the cleaning guy about it his response was “ that’s what you get for the price you pay “ . 10/10 will never stay here again !
