The people who assisted me!!! That they cleaned every 2 or 3 weeks only!!!

Room was not clean. Mini kitchen was super dirty. Cockroach climbing on the wall. Bedding terrible. No complimentary coffee. No WiFi. Bed super hard. Smelled like drugs or cigarette smoke.

Water dripped in our room on our bed for a day at the end of our trip. They wouldn’t let us get clean towels past 8-9 pm even though the signs says we can get fresh linens and towels Anytime.. wouldn’t stay here again

Staff was incredibly helpful and apologetic after an online problem with the room reservation and went out of their way to accommodate us and resolve the problem so we could rest after our drive.

Terrible smell throughout the entire place . Rooms smelled like roach spray and body odor . When I asked the cleaning guy about it his response was “ that’s what you get for the price you pay “ . 10/10 will never stay here again !

We could not use any of the amenities because the washers and dryers are too high! The beds were cheap too! They were only full not queen size.

The lady at the front desk was amazing, however, the hotel was very outdated. Everything looked old and dirty. We didn't even put our belongings down upon arrival, instead we walked in the room and walked right back out. It smelled like cigarettes and looked like a run down homeless shelter.
