Staff was helpful

Cons--facility maintenance may be slipping, hall carpet has path of feet, doors around knobs are dirty, parking is VERY narrow, decor is very plain, landscaping is barely maintained, office window blinds are broken and visible to parking lot and window is piled with papers.

But, all things considered, room was clean and staff were polite. It did the job and saved some money.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, clean and bright. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, hot and fresh and well maintained. Rooms clean and comfortable, extra chairs to sit, nice amenities. Pay Washer and dryer on each floor. Highly recommend.

The room was awful. I have never been in a room that smelled of smoke so bad. The floor as a whole was terrible, but nothing like the actual room. Others staying on the floor also complained of the smell. The lady working the desk even admitted it was bad. There were stains on the carpets, nasty places on the bathroom floor, and the doors were filthy. The 2 children staying in the room with me started coughing immediately. I had 3 nights booked, but could not stand the smell. I would like a full refund given the conditions of the room.

I enjoyed the location and breakfast Nothing

The room was clean, air conditioning was working great. It was pouring rain outside most of the night but could see a lot of trash on the ground next to the building. Building parking lot was really tight, hard to park an SUV. The breakfast was nice, hot and cold, with a nice selection of different foods. If you’re staying for one or two nights, this hotel is fine.

My only downfall was no pool and the beds had to be remade as the sheets where dirty and stained

The building needs some updating and improvements. Rooms were nice.

Due to closing of 65, I needed a place to stay close to UofL for my son's orientation. We've never stayed in this area. But it was super close and easy. Small hotel, but quiet and convenient. It's by the airport, so expect air traffic noise, but otherwise perfect stay.

Served the purpose just a one night stop over.

Was a good little hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good, clean, friendly staff. Parking lot is small and difficult to get in and out no pool.

Room was extremely loud due to hotel being on edge of highway. Breakfast was only fair. Look at other options if you need a room.

The breakfast was not great at all didn't have much of a choice besides eggs and sausage
