Good place and close to things. Smell kinda got us though. Almost like mildew. Other than that it was good

A sign in the room says no housekeeping unless requested. On first full day we came back to used towels gone and clean ones but no new bath mat to replace the one they took. They took my personal hair towel and claimed to not have it even though they launder on site. Didn’t seem to care much about it. The room had a strange odor. The bathroom door was filthy. The vent in the bathroom rattled all night. Hallway was very stuffy and muggy. Not a three-star hotel.

Great location for what I needed It was clean overall, but I found a keycard that didn’t belong to this hotel next to the AC which only told me they weren’t as thorough as they could be. Overall still a great stay.

Was there for only a few hours, leaving very early in the morning for flight from SDF. Nice stay!

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast us a great option Both the front desk people I dealt with we re very rude. A lady I spoke with Thursday evening Sept 17 after I booked the room. Was rushing me, not listening to what I was explaining to her, and treated me like I was bothering her. By asking a few questions, and explaining my daughter would be staying. The gentleman I spoke with Friday evening tried to not let them check in. I called trying to explain I already spoke with a lady prior and she okayd it . He basically called me a liar. And finally let them check in when I asked to speak to a manager. I paid good money for a room just to be treated like crap and that I was a nuisance. Just because I wanted to make sure check in would be smooth for my daughter and her boyfriend. They were hours away from home and this was a terrible experience as a mother being so far away. Worried my kids would not be able to have a safe place to sleep. Do better. If you treat your customers like trash maybe they shouldn't work on the customer service industry. Would never recommend or return to this hotel. And only because the front desk people I had to deal with were absolutely horrible. Worst experience ever booking a hotel room.

No pool, loud road noise, poor AC, rock hard bed, bad reception tv, bad coffee, dark parking lot,

Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and the breakfast has a good selection. No complaints here!

Didn't eat, but coffee was good! Poor water pressure in shower
