Four Points by Sheraton Louisville Airport

Pool wasn’t heated

Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were soft and I slept great. The hotel was within walking distance to Bourbon and Beyond

Staff was super accommodating while also successfully handling the huge annual multi-day influx of Louder Than Life guests. Plus easy walking distance to Kentucky Expo Center. Very pleased with our stay!

Great place to stay for a concert!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very conveniently located for the music festival I was attending. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The laminate flooring in the room was buckled. The curtains were hanging off the rod. There were no glasses or paper cups in the room. The staff that greeted us when we arrived was pleasant, but seemed confused by the computer system.

The room was beautiful. Best room I’ve been in in years. I’d definitely stay at this property or any other property operated by the same people.

Exceptional

I stayed for Louder than Life. It was the perfect location.

Nice and convenient. Planes are fun to watch. Less fun to hear until midnight.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Only thing I will mention is the elevators are slow so be prepared for that. We were in town for a music festival and much to our suprise it is directly across from Gate 4 of the Convention Center so was completely walkable

The bed was comfortable. The showers were great. The property is getting a bit dated but still has the feel of a nice hotel. While we were there the elevators did not work and AC failed in our first room. However the front desk quickly gave us a new room with good AC. We stayed for 3 days, just in for family wedding. It worked for us. Would stay again.

It was close to the expo center where I was going to the flea market and several other places. Very convenient and safe There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property

Nice hotel and everyone is friendly only three stars because elevators were staff only operated. Maybe because of broken

The most appreciated aspect of this hotel is the inability to hear the planes around the airport! You can actually sleep without hearing planes all night. Staff very polite. Room and common areas clean. Appreciate the restaurant’s later closing time. Love the coffee bar for the morning! Will definitely stay again!
