Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport

We stayed for a music festival that was walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was great! Good bar, clean rooms, great staff very accommodating

great location, great staff, easy airport shuttle rides. we loved the breakfast buffet too.

Staff is great. Property is very well maintained and great for shows at the Expo Center.

Ate dinner in the restaurant and food was very good . I wanted the soup of the day which was listed as available on the menu . They apparently have never had soup . Should take it off the menu. Coffee was not available in the lobby until 6 am . Earlier would be better especially for travelers . Many thanks !

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to a Cardinals football game, short walk to the stadium, would definitely stay there again.

Clean room

Great location for the show. Beautiful, well maintained property. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was not the best and expensive

When we arrived to the facility the first room they put us in was so hard to breathe in and the air just felt really thick so they had to move us to another room which wasn't much better. Also, We had ordered the meal plan and on the first day was told that we didn't have that and even though I showed them my confirmation that it was included the lady at the desk still proceeded to tell us that was not included and none of us were able to eat breakfast that morning. Later that day when we got back from the park I asked for some clean sheets and the maintenance man brought it up and did not knock on the door and just walked straight on into our room and my granddaughter was naked because she was being changed and to me that is totally inappropriate. Then on the last day of our stay the staff that was working that morning had no problem pulling up our reservation to show that our meal plan was included however the food was not good at all. With three adults and a toddler in the room we had plenty of food boxes everywhere because there was no place to really put them as the trash cans were extremely small and they were never changed they were never even offered to be changed. Oh and when I made the reservation the room was titled one bedroom king suite and the pictures made it look like there was a door on the bedroom however there was not a door and no separation between the living room and the bedroom like we had thought there would be. Overall we were just really disappointed in our stay at the Hilton garden inn Louisville airport.

Stayed here to move our son into UofL and it’s close to the college. Stay was great, staff was pleasant and room was clean. Will stay here again.

Bed was good but smelled like mold on the blankets

the shuttle to the expo center, the room key on my phone, and nice clean rooms. NO POOL AND NO BREAKFAST FOR THAT PRICE THAT CRAZY

Hotel was very Clean and the staff was Wonderful!!!

We paid $16 for a supposedly buffet breakfast that included fake eggs, bisquits and gravy. No pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, etc. Also the restaurant wasn't that great. No room service. Good was on but mostly salty. Wouldn't stay here again.

All around awesome stay for the Run 4 Roses tournament!!!
