The stay was good with cleanliness and kind staff.

Everything was wonderful , only thing I didn’t like was that the door in the rear had a carpet mat keeping the door from closing , this was Sunday evening . Monday morning when it was time for me to leave the mat was still there keeping the door from closing and locking. I informed the staff when I first seen it but it wasn’t removed so the door could close n lock !!👎👎 safety first !!

Had a very bad experience trying to check in. The gentlemen said we were a no show and wanted to charge us twice and then we checked out this morning and said we still needed payments when I had proof I paid in full online.

Always enjoy staying here at the Holiday Inn in Louisville—staff is friendly and the place is clean, quiet and comfortable! Close to the track which we also love!

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. The nicest, most helpful, wonderful women I have ever met at a hotel.

Comfortable beds linnen Unfortunately this hotel could use some deep carpet cleaning. There is a musty odor that overpowers the senses. No amount of spray can fix that. Carpets definitely dirty. Lobby near nicely decorated. Water fountain and coffee available for free.

Bed comfortable and clean, room temperature cool and nice, good drinks in bar, food and breakfast buffet convenient and tasty with good variety

The staff was awesome foot was great and my room was big and clean Loud due to airport but ok at best

Nice hotel.

Lots of noise! People knocking on doors including mine late into the night first night. Second night, people were running on floor above me. Cleaning chemicals in bathroom were way too strong, causing an allergy overload! Limited parking!
