Very clean room and the beds were really comfortable

Location is good! Parking had good lighting. Room was clean & spacious & bed was very comfy. This is our second time booking here this year.

Looked awful from the outside and was equally as bad on the inside.

Best place to stay if you are going to Basketball tournaments at Kentucky Expo Center during Run for Roses and Under Armour Circuit championships

The room was clean but did have a mildew smell. We were there for a basketball tournament and finding another hotel wasn’t in the cards although I did look for one. The staff was really nice and the AC was good! We did report that the air vent in the bathroom needed to be secured and were informed that the whole property was going to be renovated in October 2026.

I didn’t like that my family and I was inconvenienced because we were locked out of our room because the battery died so it couldn’t read our card to enter the too sober were locked out until 2 am when the locksmith came.They put us in another room but all our stuff was in the other room everything.I will never ever visit a Holiday Inn ever again

Clean room, quiet

Took us 5 different rooms to get one. 1st they put us on the wrong floor without our team. Next room had no air then the 3 other rooms doors didn’t lock, you could have just walked right in! I just ask them to put us back our first room because our 3 youngest kids and hauling luggage was just overwhelming. The pool was closed and had been for a week prior, no one called and let us know so we could find somewhere else since we were there for a basketball tournament. The luggage carts are falling apart.

The stay was good with cleanliness and kind staff.

Everything was wonderful , only thing I didn’t like was that the door in the rear had a carpet mat keeping the door from closing , this was Sunday evening . Monday morning when it was time for me to leave the mat was still there keeping the door from closing and locking. I informed the staff when I first seen it but it wasn’t removed so the door could close n lock !!👎👎 safety first !!

Had a very bad experience trying to check in. The gentlemen said we were a no show and wanted to charge us twice and then we checked out this morning and said we still needed payments when I had proof I paid in full online.

Always enjoy staying here at the Holiday Inn in Louisville—staff is friendly and the place is clean, quiet and comfortable! Close to the track which we also love!

The front desk girl was so rude and barely spoke. She even threw my room key at me.
