Holiday Inn Louisville Airport - Fair/Expo by IHG

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

The room was damp and moldy smelling. I reserved a KING but was given a 2 bed. When I asked at the front desk lady, she dismissingly stated that is on Expedia. When I entered the hotel, she was missing. Next time, she was watching Reels with the sound cranked. Poor experience. Only saving grace was the cleanliness of the breakfast area.

Very friendly staff, good location for Bourbon and Beyond

Par for the course.

Staff was so great. From check in to breakfast to parking/arranging things for us at the front desk, they were always kind and helpful. All this during a 4-day music festival across the street and a home football game behind us. What else could you ask for? Beds were comfy. Things were clean. Breakfast was good. It’s an older hotel, but it’s nice.

Even on a crazy weekend of Bourbon and Beyond AND U of L Parents weekend, the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. 10/10

We were late arriving for a huge music festival but did not have any issues with checking in. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. When they heard that I was also an IHG member, they practically rolled out the red carpet. We will definitely go back!!

Great place to stay near the Louder than Life festival. Within walking distance. The hotel was great; the friendly staff always greeted you. The only issue is they needed to fill the still store. Only had a few items.

Nice , clean , comfy will definitely book again Everything

Closeness to the venue. It is obvious they are keep up on the facility. Staff was great. Event pricing is always rough

Near Breakfast was terrible and cold and we had to pay for it

Loved the front desk staff the day I checked in. The room was comfortable for the two nights I stayed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The only problem was the in- room coffee pot is situated on a shelf that's too high to reach comfortably. So we were unable to use the coffee machine in our room. But we plan to go back because we loved the staff, our corner room and location.

As a picky sleeper I was surprised to find this perfect for sleeping (2nights) -ac worked well and not too loud, bed was amazingly soft and comfy, no smells in the room, quiet, just right. Simply with retro HDI photos. Staff was so friendly. Mara gave us recommendations and front desk sang happy songs Breakfast was good- healthy variety and well stocked (eggs were real not powdered) Minor- key cards stopped working constantly. Maintenance came while we were out to replace the lock battery. Still inconsistent after but would eventually open the door after 4-8 tries

Hotel, amenities and staff are excellent. The parking lot is a bit sketchy. Other than that, it’s a very nice place

Close to the airport

Quietness Room could use TLC

I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY AT THE PROPERTY, BUT THE RECEPTIONIST WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED MY CARD AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT YOU HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A NORMAL BREAKFAST YOU WOULD FIND AT ANY OTHER COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST.

Wonderful staff!!! Will def stay there again

Breakfast and supper was great Room was not clean when we arrived. Construction had been done and the maid service did not vacuum. Our bathtub had a live spider in it along with the cobwebs!
