the pool the pool needed to be cleaned with more chlorine.

The staff was nice There was a real bad smell in room 214 and there was a bad puke smell in the room 219 the AC in room 2019 was making knocking noise I did call the front desk but nothing got done about it and when we left 2 of my kids was ate up with bug bites they look like flea bites

Everything was perfect , excep the washing machine was not working . So I\nHad to find somewhere to go to Wash My clothes .

Room were super clean and everything in hotel was kept stocked and clean. Staff were amazing and friendly. Some didnt speak English but quickly pulled up Google translator to be able to answer any questions we had or recommendation we requested, which my kids thought was so cool. Very family friendly environment. The pool and hot tub were kept clean and tidy and the coffee in the lobby stayed stocked up and ready to serve 24/7. Breakfast was amazing each morning and my kids love having the choice between all the options they served and kept stocked. I can not thank the staff enough for such amazing customer service and an amazing place to stay.

It is an older building, so expect some worn carpets, water spots on the ceilings, and the elevator is old and a little scary but I'd stay again. My bed was comfortable, my room was clean, the ac worked well, breakfast was good with a nice variety (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle machine, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, and yogurt). The hot tub was nice and hot, the button to turn it on is on the opposite side of the room, and the towels are really tiny! Pool looked good but I didn't get in, both are indoors.

Liked where it was at and the close proxmation to the places i wanted to go and do Need better vending with better choices and the spa barely had any bubbles and not warm enough and the window in the room was like it was fogged up. Could barely see out the glass

The employees Could be updated alittle

The staff is friendly That the gym and pool aren't opened long you would think that adults would be okay in these areas even at late hrs I really couldn't get in the pool because of all the people and by time I could was after 10pm

We picked this hotel because it had a pool & hot tub. The pool was very cloudy. The hot tub produced so much foam it looked like a bath tub. We didn’t trust that either were clean as they shouldn’t be cloudy or foam like that. Very disappointing.

How close to stores,fuel and event. Pool area needed repaired, elevator trapped one of our guest and building just needs repaired.

The hot tub was awesome, the room was clean, and spacious. The only complaint is not being able to use the Chromecast.

Absolutely nothing! We got as far as the front desk and canceled our reservation. The property was covered with people just lingering outside, gave a very uneasy/unsafe feeling. The building looked extremely un-kept and run down. The wallpaper was peeling on every wall and there was a huge hole on the wall in the pool room. This would be considered a less than one star hotel in my book. I do NOT recommend this property to anyone. When I tried to reach out to the property for a refund due to the circumstances they refused. Honestly Booking should take them off their site in my opinion. the entire experience with this property was a nightmare! Save yourself the hassle and time. Read the reviews before you reserve any property and just a FYI everything they say negative about this property is TRUE!

Room was clean but the sofa bed mattress was badly stained but no biggie. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was a big hit with the kids

Had a great stay! Would stay here again!
