We got there a little after 3 for check in and waited for 20 min for someone to help us. There was a note on the counter saying they’d be back. A cleaning lady saw us and called the front desk person to help, she still came 10 min after that call. The room was not clean. The hallways were not clean. The elevator reeked of weed. It was a horrible experience.

The only good thing was the location. The floor of the room was dirty and stained, I told the lady at the reception and she said it was like that. Very bad smell. Roaches.

Location only It was filthy. Nothing was clean, the carpets in the hallways were dirty, the room wasn’t just dirty but you could tell it had not been cleaned for a long time. Our sheets were used and had dirt in them. We asked for more and they didn’t have any to provide. One of the staff basically told us oh well get over it that’s how it is here.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life or I should say filthy. Hated everything about it. Completely nasty all the way around.

There isn't any house keeping for the rooms, I stayed for a whole week on a trip and I had the same towels and bedding from when I checked in until I checked out. The floor's we're dirty and had all sorts of little mystery debris, if you stay here I'd recommend bringing personal broom and dustpan with mop attachments.

So here is how the trip went. I was attending the louder than life music festival in Louisville. My original hotel lost my reservation so hotels.com found me a room at extended stay. I went to the hotel at 130pm to make sure the room was available. The manager greeted me and I told her I didn't need the room I was just making sure it was available after my last issue.she gave me 2 keys for the room and said go park around back it's closer to the elevator. I parked and we left for the festival, arrived back at the hotel at 1230pm. I went to my truck to get my bag since I couldn't put it in the room earlier. My truck was gone,I walked back around the building and tried my key and it didn't work for the door. There was another guest there that had the same situation her car had been towed and the keys wouldn't work.we called the night attendant and she came down, i told her mykeys weren't work and my truck was gone. She gave me a number for the tow company and said if you didn't have a tag for your car that the manager had them towed. I explained she didn't mention or issue a tag. She said the manager would be in at 9am, i took the tow bill to the desk after she had just helped another guest in a very rude and aggressive way. I told her she had my truck towed and I wanted the bill taken care of. She went from 0-1000 attitude in a second, refused to listen and it wasn't her fault. Then called the police because I wouldn't leave and wanted to talk about a resolution.

Nothing! It was so bad I couldn’t even stay and still trying to get a refund When I arrived, check in time was supposed to be 3 PM. I came in from out of town. I was not able to actually get a key to the room until 4 o’clock when I entered into the room it was clearly not clean stuff all over the floor services hadn’t been wiped and bathroom sink was completely clogged where it would not drain.. this is one of those hotels where people actually live there front desk service was bad and there wasn’t even a chair to sit in and wait for the hour that I had to until the room was ready. Not a good situation bad area as well.
