TV did not work. They could not fix it

Nothing I was told that I could not stay with my ESA pet without being charged. And then refused to rent a room to me.

I was there 5 days - never brought clean towels.

TV never worked in the 4 days we stayed

It was close to the airport and a great price, $67 out the door. I read some not so great reviews before my stay so I knew what to expect. I could have paid $150 for a nicer hotel, but this option worked for me as I was thinking about sleeping at the airport. Bree, the front desk clerk was kind and friendly. The AC worked great, I had to.turn it off because I was freezing. I pulled back the sheets on my bed and the sheets were dirty. Small hairs all over and you.could tell they hadnt been changed from the previous guest(s). I stripped off all the bedding and requested new sheets. I had to put the new sheets on along with new pillow cases but that is not a big deal. The hotel is near the train tracks so heard a couple of trains go by which is why I wear ear plugs when I sleep. The room did have an odd odor when I walked in as did the hallway near the first floor elevator.

Came for basketball event. Close enough to walk if wanted. Multiple day stay wanted the fridge and microwave for meal purposes. Exactly what I expected. All the people we encountered were very friendly and never felt anything other than safe.

The staff was very helpful. Omggg from the time I got there it was an issue… first room was smelling bad wife and daughter couldn’t take the smell so they moved me to another room. I get ready to enter I hear a baby crying ‍♂️someone was already in the room, so the nice staff ladywalk me upstairs to another room it smelled a lil better. When I got in the room I had to kill a roach before my wife and daughter saw it not to mention wall is dirtyyyyy for the money I was paying I was very disappointed I was there from Thursday to Monday with the roaches. Had to pay for more towels each day so we just went to Walmart and got our own but I’ll never stay near again!

Nothing they didn’t let us in our room there was nobody working in the lobby. We got charged for a room where we never stayed. They canceled our room and still got charged. It’s so sketchy dirty. Ghetto hotel!

Garbage, no staff, smoke/weed smell, holes in walls, no soap provided, overall a very unsafe unacceptable place to stay.

Location to event Drug dealers in parking lot, Floors very dirty Room had mold in bathroom ceiling and dirt on floor.
