Spark by Hilton Louisville Airport

Burned me for my money. Place was dirty in lobby and staff was no help !!

Incredibly noisy area. Fine for a quick stay

First the expected $86.00 turned out to be almost $125. I suppose they will say that was taxes. The included breakfast was a cup of coffee since I didn't see anything appetizing. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but I didn't care for the pillows (to soft for me). This may be picking but the dark blue paint was depressing. Overall, Hilton brand was not well received. I think I will stick with Wyndham.

Wonderful very clean ND quiet get away

1. I like that it is the best location from the airport, 3 mins' drive from Louisville Airport. 2. Spacious standard-sized room. Much room to move around in for three people, including our child. 3. They prepared for us a room with a microwave oven for us to reheat baby food. 4. They got us baby's crib as soon as we arrived. 5. Simple breakfast of bagels, toast, boiled eggs, milk and thin bottomless coffee. 6. Friendly , pleasant staff. 7. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. 8. They get very well-behaving customers for their customers due to the higher price points. Stay here with a peace of mind because you will have good neighbours, not those rowdy, dirty and misbehaving customers. Keep it up. 1. Not clean: When I moved the bed, I saw there are dirt and rubbish under the beds. Cleaners did not clean thoroughly. 2. Found some rotten food beside the fridge under the TV set. 3. Found a green Tic Tac/someone's medicine beside the food stool. I was a little disgusted by how the floor is not thoroughly cleaned and mopped for the next customers. 4. Molds in the shower room walls. 5. Stain on the towel I was using, as though the previous users used the towel for wiping coffee stain off of the floor. I did not notice it until after I used the towel so I was a little eeky about it.

Undergoing a nice renovation but overall nice. Pillows could be better

This place was very ok. When we walked into our room, there was a huge puddle of water coming from the air conditioning unit and standing on the floor. My husband immediately turned around and went to tell the front desk worker who offered him all of the pool towels we wanted to mop up the water, and he told him he would put a work order in. We stayed two nights and had about 6 or 8 towels under the air unit before we left. The breakfast was eatable.

The let us into the pool but there was a sign saying it was closed by the health department on the gate witch we didn’t see until we were already in the pool

Our room was nice. The a/c was loud and had some sand like stuff on top of it. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. It was also great to have a microwave in our room. The staff were all friendly.

Location was good. Room was clean. Nice staff.

I cannot believe this hotel is a Hilton! Paris would NEVER stay here; even in her simple life days!!

Poor breakfast. Fairly bare bones with amenities. Staff were courteous and helpful but this felt more like a Motel 6, not a Hilton
