Homewood Suites By Hilton Louisville Airport

Superb

Room was very clean, free breakfast, staff was helpful and kind.

Superb

Very good

Everything was perfect and first class all the way. For any Louisville football fan, it was right across the street from the stadium. Highly recommended

Exceptional

The room (suite) was good size; had a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator/freezer and table; a small sitting area; a large bedroom area and a large bathroom. The bathroom lighting was very dim AND you had to turn on a master switch by the main door of the room to work the lights throughout the rest of the areas. The bed was comfortable. The lobby area looks pretty run down. Parking was a bit of a pain and you have to pay by phone app. I had problems with this and the front desk told me it just needed to be paid by the time we check out; however, when we went to check out and pay for parking, we had a parking ticket—we ended up paying more than double because of this.

Very clean rooms and professional staff

We were there for 9 days and had no issues. Read the description well because you will pay to park.

Breakfast was nice, the staff were helpful and kind. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. The hotel was quiet and easy to access on our route. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. No extra sheets readily available for the pullout sofa. Room was not super clean, which was unnerving.

Staff, checking out especially

Exceptional

Customer service, I am sorry I didn’t get his name but the gentleman that shared he had heart surgery was absolutely incredible. I was dropping my daughter off for college and he took the time to make sure I was ok and then I watched him every morning check on all the guests.

Exceptional

Very clean and nice rooms. We love Homewood suites when we have our dogs (and alone). Always clean and the rooms are nice and spacious.

While the hotel itself was clean And the free breakfast was amazing, I was disgusted by the toenails that were left on our carpet in our supposedly clean room. Otherwise I would recommend staying.

Lovely

Everything was perfect , just couldn't understand why lightning by shower and toilet was always dim. No dimmer ,just on off switch.

Everything That the system was down when we got there
