The pool had a great atmosphere! And the room was really modern. Staff were helpful and friendly!

Unique rooms and amazing location. Outdoor pool is a rare find!

Property was clean, staff was helpful, pool was small and not great for kids even traveling during the weekdays. Couples making out in the pool, again, not kid friendly. No ice machine. Modern spot. Great for young people I guess

The front desk staff was amazing! very helpful and attentive and I had misplaced my credit card in the room and the front desk clerk made sure she got it back to me. She went above and beyond to make sure if it was in my room she would find it. I cannot thank the staff enough. Always willing to chat and give us helpful advice while in the area. Shower was never hot just luke warm but I did tell the front desk

Loved everything! Close to coffee, food and night life! Pool was nice as well!

We enjoyed a cabana poolside with delicious drinks and ordered food poolside that exceeded expectations. The property is in an excellent location and within walking distance to many cafes and bars as well as some chains like chipotle, which our son appreciated! Our only complaint was the extremely loud guests that checked in quite late next door. Obviously not a reflection of the hotel and not something that we would normally complain about, except our younger son was traveling with us and after a red eye the previous night …the sleep was needed! Staff were quick to help solve the situation and it would not deter us from staying again! As a Hilton honors member, the complimentary first drip coffee of the day was a pleasant surprise in the lobby cafe.

Really cool hotel. Definitely had a young adult vibe. They had to dose the pool with chemicals when we were there and posted tiny little signs that were easy to miss so my kids jumped in and got yelled at. I think it could have been handled differently because adults were jumping in too and were not treated like that.

Great staff, great room, big fan.

We had to ask for soap for the shower, towels, pillows and blankets. And then we were told they were out of pillows, and took the soap out of another room. There was a used coffee pod still in the machine. Also, when leaving we had to ask for ice, they took us to the restaurant and proceeded to remove the ice with their bare hands. That was the only ice machine for the whole hotel. Ick!

The couch and chairs in the l9bby looked dingy. Same with the pool cushions...thr t looked dingy.

Thankfully, the desk person, Pamela, was able to move me to a quiet room in the back of the hotel for my second night.

Location

Cool place and location. Hours for breakfast and switchboard aren't accommodating for early morning or evening.

Exceptional

If you want a quieter room, as for one away from the pool. There is some noise close to the street. The bed was excellent and the room had anything you could want in a high design style. The lobby is welcoming. The restaurant Paseo was wonderful and should not be missed. Second stay here and would stay again.
