The Jotel is VERY nice and clean but the room I stayed in had a awful Mildew/Wet smell to it. I had to keep spraying my body spray. I stayed 2 nights and when I left and came back you could still smell the wet smell but the hotel rooms and bathroom is Nice and your downtown in walking distance to alot of stuff. The parking structure was very convenient because its attached to the hotel. I would have given 5 stars but the wet damp smell.

I have stayed at the AC Hotel several times over the last few years and it never disappoints. The rooms are great, the bed is comfortable and the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars that are walkable. I will return.

Clean and compensated us for a minor issue of assigning incorrect room. They didn't have to put have us free food and drink passes.

The condition of the property was good, nothing was noticed which is always a good sign. Parking in the garage was convenient, although $34/night, but to be expected for the area. I enjoyed the location, close to a few distilleries that I could easily walk to. The room was comfortable and clean, I would stay here again.

Helpful, professional staff, comfortable room. Parking was so easy with the garage connected to the hotel. Some water bacteria stain in the shower, but it was still clean. I'd definitely stay there again!

The hotel was lovely, otherwise. Clean, quiet, near a lot of great stuff. The staff was friendly, just could have been a bit more thoughtful in where they placed people when you're changing up our reservation.

The hotel and staff at the AC in Louisville were phenomenal! We came to celebrate a birthday, and they truly made the stay unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and located within walking distance of fantastic attractions and restaurants. We will 100% stay again if life brings us back to Louisville.
