Everyone was super friendly.

The place was very clean and easy to access. The STAFF I can not give them enough praise. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful, courteous and friendly. I would stay again and recommend this hotel solely based on the front desk staff alone. Thank you

Great stay

It was close to the concerts and the staff was very friendly. The property was very clean and nice.
-
The staff is currently working through a new online system so check in took a bit longer but it was still prompt and timely. My room was very clean and I had no other issues.
-
Bit noisy on a Saturday night if you are on the road side. Take earplugs....

Staff were very personal, made everyone feel welcome

Very nice hotel with an excellent staff.

A huge shoutout to Angelina at the front desk! She is the sweetest lady! So helpful and upbeat! If we ever are in the area again it will be our go to for lodging.
-
Kinda dumb having to pay $24 for breakfast, which I did not, went somewhere else for less and had fresh made instead of stuff sitting out on warmers.
-
Cleanliness not maintained between guests. Shower had significant grime and dirt caked on. Was fine at first glance but discovered more corners cut after staying.
-
Breakfast is to expensive. We went somewhere else.

The Jotel is VERY nice and clean but the room I stayed in had a awful Mildew/Wet smell to it. I had to keep spraying my body spray. I stayed 2 nights and when I left and came back you could still smell the wet smell but the hotel rooms and bathroom is Nice and your downtown in walking distance to alot of stuff. The parking structure was very convenient because its attached to the hotel. I would have given 5 stars but the wet damp smell.

Very nice, id definitely stay again
