Very good breakfast with a different breakfast sandwich option each (of two) mornings. The room was spacious and well appointed.

William at the reception was very friendly and baked fresh cookies for us every night. Also went beyond to getting fresh coffee. Also, Deshauna ( kitchen assistant) was very friendly and helpful to always be of service

Home 2 Suites NuLu is our go-to when in Louisville. The rooms and facilities are clean, and the staff (front desk, maintenance, and house keeping) are outstanding and accommodating. The breakfast is definitely appreciated and the in-room kitchen is the ultimate convenience.

Not advised of $25 dollar per day charge for parking when checking in. Automatic door from parking lot now working properly, had to push on it to make it open.

The room was set up nicely and although we were only there for a night, the room would be great for a multiple night or weekly stay. There was a larger fridge than a typical hotel room, a dishwasher and sink and tons of storage. Great room overall!! The breakfast buffet is the real shinning star at this hotel. I have never seen the options available here at any other included breakfast stay before. They had some homemade additions and there was an egg bite that tasted amazing and had to be a unique recipe by the chef. The staff was also friendly and attentive. The stay was 5 stars for a family friendly, budget friendly hotel. I will stay here every time we return to Louisville. Only downside was parking was $20 for a 24 hour stay and even though it was the hotel parking lot, it was not run by the hotel and not included in the stay. I can't knock off a star for this because most hotels in downtown are like this. Still five star stay, thanks to the staff!!

I really enjoyed my time here. Everything was great! The only issue I had was the parking.. it was free parking on the street but on the property the city owns and changed $19 per day to park on their lot.

I liked the setting of the property. The view from downtown was excellent. However, there was a mix up with my reservations and an employee came to our room and to my husband we weren’t supposed to be there and had to leave. Then the next morning, they walked in our room with the same message. I don’t know what the mix up was but it wasn’t handled in a professional manner.

The breakfast is nothing to write home about (what you’d typically expect from a hotel with free breakfast). With that said, I had a great breakfast each morning. The hotel was close to everything I wanted to do and had super easy access to many great places to eat and drink. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

Our room had dirty floors, no cable and no hot water. Every shift put our concerns on the next person. Would not refund us even when paying in person because we booked through Expedia.

Loved my stay

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very polite and professional. I can see is coming back in the near future to stay.

This was a great hotel. The only negative is they outsource parking so they say they don’t charge for parking but actually do.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff were great. Breakfast options kind of suck though. 9/10

Love the location within walking distance to Whisky Thief and The Last Refuge.

Close to so many restaurants

Breakfast was meh. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Property & rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Location was great, we were in town for a Bats game and were able to walk to the field.

Room and carpeting throughout the hotel were dirty and in need of a deep clean. Some fixture were in need of repair. The parking was across the street in a back alley and we arrived at nigh. I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe in the parking lot after dark.

The room itself was good Pool was closed first night, having to pay for parking and people on floor we stayed on smoked pot and when the pool did open there was a party going on there and reeked of pot and we’re beyond loud
