Home2 Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu

excellent location, breakfast could be better they did not do clean service every day

I liked the comfort of the beds and space in the rooms The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The worst I’ve ever had at a hotel and their coffee wasn’t even hot ever. The constant site of homeless harassing you through the windows to let them in was awful as well.

Room was clean and spacious, with a breakfast

Great place to stay.

Location Had to pay for parking and not enough parking space

The air conditioning in the room was terrible! Must have a sensor on it to only work while in the room so every time you come back to the room was hot. Wouldn't stay cool at night. Other than that wasn't a bad spot.

The staff were very friendly! We loved our room. Breakfast was good!

Location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. The lighting in the room was weird

Good hotel at a good location with a great staff. Some updates are needed on the property and the rooms on the 5th floor were a little damp and musty smelling.

My stay was excellent! Phenomenal service and friendly staff!

Very clean and the front desk staff was amazing! Will be returning to this place for future trips!

My reservation was cancelled while I was driving. I talked to the property the night before and confirmed . However they ran my debit card that was used to reserve the room. This was done before I got there. Upon arrival I was notified that my reservation had been cancelled. Yes they did send me an email. However I cannot check these things while driving. A SIMPLE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE CLEAED THINGS UP. PHONE CALLS

Room was clean. Walking or short drive to Whiskey Row & Louisville Slugger Museum.

5 Stars!

Parking is terrible had to pay 40 plus dollars for two nights and park way from hotel one block over from it

Location and a Amenities. Great price Na

Really clean, loved the free breakfast every day

We had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A special thank you to the very friendly woman at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She even helped us with the parking payment when the payment system didn’t work with international phone numbers. We really appreciated her help and excellent service! Breakfast.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Did not have a difficult time finding parking. Kitchen was adequate for our needs.
