I stayed for 3 nights. Checked in about 830pm and receptionist was very friendly, gave me all the info I needed. There was different breakfast each day which is nice. Also a variety not just grab & go. They had eggs, hasbrowns, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juices, coffee. A really great continental breakfast with real plates, bowls and cups. Not the disposable stuff. The hotel was a little warm but once in the room you can adjust temp as you want. It was VERY easy getting around. I had a rental and there was a fee for self parking. ($18.50/day) not bad. Bedroom was spacious, I had a 2 queen with sofa bed. Soaps, hair wash & conditioner were very high quality. Very pleasantly surprised. My ONLY complaint is that the pool was very cold, but I only used it once, no big deal. There was a laundry mat with 2 washers and 2 dryers that I did use. It only takes quarters, so have some change ready. It was .75 cents to wash and .75 cents to dry. Not bad at all. I'd definitely book again if im in Louisville again.

Best value on edge of NULU. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Only hotel in area w. incl. breakfast. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. My third stay. Will likely stay again. Two tips: no Starbucks in NULU, but Quills on Main has good coffee. And the Cuban rest. on Market is excellent.

Basically a good facility, but in need of a deep-clean in the rooms

the staff are extremely nice and helpful. we were there on a warmer than normal time but the hotels a/c system seemed to struggle with the temps, this is the one place the hotel could use some help. was a little surprised to be charged 15 a night for parking on their property.

Always stay at Home2Suites, always have a positive experience and this trip to Louisville was no exception. My only complaint was the Continental breakfast offering was well below average at this location.

Aside from that, the hotel was in a great location, the property was nice, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. If the check-in process had gone more smoothly, our stay would have been even better.

Entering our room we found gummies next other the bed. I'll be nice to have some one from the hotel to supervise the rooms before customers enter in.

Pillows were not great, very flat, I'd suggest bringing your own if that's not the kind you like. Breakfast was a letdown, ended up with cereal and coffee.

This property is in a great location to explore Nulu and a short scooter ride or walk to 4th street and downtown. The rooms were huge and perfect for a family of 6.

Location AC seemed to stop when we left room so it would not be comfortable upon our return.

Easy walking distance to distillery, restaurants, shopping in NuLu. Curb drop off available. Parking was across the street. Rooms were well equipped. Great breakfast

Amazing place to stay at if in downtown area. Beautiful place. Great staff. I was surprised with having to pay for parking in the lot next to the building. It was easy enough just $18.00 per day is something you need to keep in mind.

The breakfast was great, our room was spotless, bed was comfy, but the staff at the front desk was the best part of our stay. They were amazing!

Everything was great from check in to check out. Kashae was there in the evening and there again in the morning for check out with the same great smile. Breakfast was great and kept full and they were busy. Would definitely stay again great price and a great area.

Great room size, good breakfast, friendly staff Mattress was really bad.

Great location, breakfast was good, the pool and gym is nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room. The AC wasn’t functioning properly in my room or a friends room. It would come on and go off constantly. It was set to 68 degrees but stayed at 74 it was too hot. No lamp on one side of the bed. Constant noise above our room thumping day and night.The bed seemed like an old coil mattress it was squeaky and uncomfortable, the bedding wasn’t very nice either. The garbage in the hallway next to the elevator smelled terrible for three days. The parking lot was 20 dollars a night I didn’t see the price listed on the booking I thought it was free.

The air-conditioning did not work properly in our room. We could not get it under 74° for our entire three days. Thankfully, we brought a fan and were able to blow that directly on us in order to sleep. We were in one of the accommodation rooms and they swapped us to a different accommodation room. Neither of them had proper air-conditioning. However, other hotel guests informed me that their rooms were freezing. I am unsure as to why ours did not work. Although they were unable to fix the issue, the staff were all very kind. The swimming pool was empty at all times, so that was pretty cool.

The beds were nice. The elevator wasn’t working, never got trash bags for our room, they rushed to get us blankets. People somewhere next door or down the hall were loud at 11 o’clock at night!

The staff Sink had no hot water, shower curtains were dirty and stained. The signs you hang on the door were ripped up and placed on the counter.
