Broken “smart”mirror, barn style bathroom door was wedged open due to humidity, main door didn’t close unless forced, no microwave, noisy street…definitely not up to par for any hotel at this price.

The room was very clean. Parking was convenient. Check-in was fast and easy. I loved the location. It allowed us to simply walk to dinner. Go ahead and book.

Parking should be free for hotel’s guests or cheaper. Other than that it was a good experience

The bed had not been properly stripped or cleaned. It had simply been made with dirty sheets and blankets still on it. The mattress protector also had to be replaced because the bed had been soiled. When the covers were pulled back, there was a strong smell of urine. The sheets had yellowish, crusty spots that were clearly not old stains but dried residue. The bed was remade without being properly cleaned, and my family was expected to sleep in those unsanitary conditions. And it costs $30 to park at the hotel.

We had an issue with our room that was remedied immediately after we noticed the issue. The High Stakes rooftop restaurant and bar was wonderful. We were sad to learn they no longer have jazz brunch on the weekends. It is so hard to find a place with a beautiful ambiance, great music, and excellent service on the weekends in Louisville. Please bring back the brunch. Live music isn’t required but a DJ would work if live is too expensive.

Very nice place, great location. Some staff were great and some not helpful at all! Also no microwaves in rooms 👎 bed sunk in the middle. And be prepared to pay a $ 400 deposit 😳😳😳
