The water bottle fill station were really nice and the food was delicious. Each room needs a microwave.

This is a great place with an awesome location! They have a very nice gym as well.

Walking distance to restaurants. Convenient location for quick drives to landmarks.

The room had a vent exhaust or something like that that had a very loud noise coming from it. It was terrible to sleep. Everything else was fine

I REALLY liked that they had dispensaries for water bottles all over the place. Staff helpfully provided a toothbrush when I left mine at home.

The bathroom was nasty and there was hair all in my sink and the toilet seat was closed and when I lifted it, there was urine all over the toilet seat. I had to clean the sink and toilet with my Lysol wipes just to be able to use it for the night.

Ac in room was broken.

The rooms were very nice and everything was updated and clean. Beds were very clean, shower and bathroom were spotless. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. The front desk staff (Claire and Elina) were awesome. Both were very attentive and helpful finding nearby attractions or food. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It was quiet, clean and not that expensive for our stay so it was a no brainer as far as I am concerned. Stay here and you will love it.

Didn’t get the room we booked and were downgraded from a king to two doubles. I had already paid for the room so pretty frustrating they didn’t have one available. The guy that checked us in also didn’t say anything about the room not being what we booked until we were validating our parking. Air conditioner was really loud in room.

I liked how close to all the places I was interested in going and how clean, comfortable, and professional it was! Staffing shortage was obvious on Friday night at the terrace. The guys that were working tried to serve everyone to the best of their abilities. Working in retail for decades I could tell that the team members where sit satisfied but still worked hard to attend the customers.
