No pool. Bathroom was nice ànd spacious very clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tempo! The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The entire property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The location is what really sets this hotel apart. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, and just about everything we wanted to do in NuLu. It made for the perfect weekend getaway without ever having to worry about driving or parking. The staff was outstanding. Every person we met was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Louisville, I can’t recommend the Tempo enough. We’ll definitely be back!

There was nothing included in the hotel description stating that parking was $34 a day at max. They did say that you could park on the street in front of the hotel for free which was also public parking. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. We did not use any of the amenities.

We stayed at the Tempo by Hilton Louisville Downtown NuLu from Thursday through Sunday, and I would absolutely give it 5 stars. First impressions? Gorgeous. This hotel is modern, sleek, and beautifully designed without feeling cold or overdone. I requested a corner room with a king bed, and it was very comfortable—I slept great. A few fun touches stood out: the bathroom mirror had Bluetooth, which I loved, and the TV had a personalized welcome message when we arrived. I also really liked the water station with still and sparkling water. We were out and about most of the weekend, so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the hotel’s amenities, but my guy did check out the fitness center and said it was clean and well maintained. Parking was a little confusing at first because of the license plate recognition system, but once we understood it, it was fine. A clearer explanation at check-in would help. The staff was wonderful. Elena was especially helpful and informative when she gave us water, and Vanisha was also very helpful over the phone before our stay, sharing local hotspots to check out. I wasn’t able to make it to all of them, though I had visited one previously during Derby weekend and it was an up-and-coming club. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was stylish, comfortable, clean, and staffed by genuinely kind people. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was so professional from the costumer service to Everything.

I really loved that they have filtered water in the lobby including a sparkling water tap. The rooms are spacious enough and clean with different kinds of furniture to use if you want it, such as a table. I don't have anything to complain about. The parking garage can be somewhat confusing to find since it's behind the hotel I guess.

This hotel was amazing! Great quality at a reasonable price in an excellent location! The staff was top notch. The hotel was beautiful and it even smelled great! We will definitely stay again!

You’re also close to SO many food, bar or distillery options. Overall, great stay and would definitely come back. P.S., shout out to Elina! She was amazing, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the area.

Nice hotel, in a run down part of town

Best bed of any hotel we have stayed it!! This is the second time we have stayed here and will be back for sure!
