Didn’t get the room we booked and were downgraded from a king to two doubles. I had already paid for the room so pretty frustrating they didn’t have one available. The guy that checked us in also didn’t say anything about the room not being what we booked until we were validating our parking. Air conditioner was really loud in room.

I liked how close to all the places I was interested in going and how clean, comfortable, and professional it was! Staffing shortage was obvious on Friday night at the terrace. The guys that were working tried to serve everyone to the best of their abilities. Working in retail for decades I could tell that the team members where sit satisfied but still worked hard to attend the customers.

I came for my graduation. I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very nice and really enjoyed the bathroom would stay again. Food options within the hotel were a bit expensive. You can also tell that this is a gentrified area.

I liked the comfort, the clean facilities, and the ambiance. The staff were pleasant and hospitable. Housekeeping didn't clean the room or change the linen or bath towels. There was a charge for parking that was not disclosed during booking through the third party.

Great spot super convenient to airport and downtown great hotel with super people. Only downside is parking ($34 garage is only option)

Broken “smart”mirror, barn style bathroom door was wedged open due to humidity, main door didn’t close unless forced, no microwave, noisy street…definitely not up to par for any hotel at this price.
