Definitely going to be my place to stay every time we got to Lubbock

Our room had several stains on the carpet and furniture. We checked in at 10:30PM and the cleaning staff had left piles of dirty sheets and towels outside of the rooms. We didn’t think much of it assuming they were cleaning, but when we left in the morning the piles were still there. We also saw the staff place clean folded stacks of towels on the floor outside of the room and public trash cans were overflowing. Not very hygienic.

Good clean rooms and the breakfast was very good! Outside benches need some cushions for sure. Bar needs a little better selection of hard alcohol. Staff was very nice check in was easy, Rooms nice and quiet and spacious. We will stay again when in Lubbock

The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall stay was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options, which was definitely a highlight. The only downside was the shower head, which didn’t work very well and could use an upgrade. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

If your look for a hotel next to the university and waking distance to the football stadium, This hotel is perfect and the Ac in the room is extremely cold and blows hard .

I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.
