upper-middle range of hotels. staff polite, professional, helpful. Ordered a hamburger right before they closed-- it and the fries were great!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we had no issues during our stay. The only downside was that the pool was closed, which was a little disappointing, especially for our kids. We chose to stay here for the indoor pool.

I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.

Cannot watch Fox Sports.

We were only going to stay 1 night but stayed 2 and was able to get a late check out staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was great as well thank you Parking is 9.00 a day not 7 but that’s it

It was very clean, i have a hard time staying at hotels because my young children like to touch everything, it was so clean and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and every member of the staff we ran into were so kind to us and our children especially the two cleaning ladies we encountered in the halls and the ladies serving breakfast,very kind staff, we will be staying here from now on whenever we visit lubbock

It was very clean. Definitely an upscale hotel. Breakfast was great and lots of variety such as French toast, bacon, sausage, ham, cereal and a variety of toast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here every time we come back home to visit.

The staff was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would be nice to have real eggs, and not the powdered glop, but everything else was great.

Desk staff very friendly. Room was large and nice. Would be nice to have bisquits and gravy in the free breakfast. Staff could not give any directions to nearby restaurants.
