Courtyard by Marriott Lubbock Downtown/University Area

It was a really nice property, clean and kind staff. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean as well.

We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if we’re getting an accessible room next time I book a hotel and check in.

Very very nice stay. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfy and clean. We loved that the location was walking distance to the stadium and so close to many restaurants. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean. The Bistro was basic. There was one elevator working so the wait for the elevator was long. Otherwise nice hotel.

Nice space with updated rooms the shower curtain in our room (211) was too short and water got all over the floor of the bathroom

The breakfast was not free

Paid 290$ for a king room and booked online. The room was 223 plus tax was 263 but I got charged 290. 00 and I picked breakfast included in my search and when I booked. We'll breakfast wasn't included and was informed I must not have checked the box (I did). So no breakfast for a room that had a shower with no door. Tvs were not good. You couldn't change the settings to change the picture brightness. So it was basically a black screen most of the time. Ordered from the Bistro for dinner and that wasn't good either. Of the 6 sauces or the sour cream they sent with the food one was sour. The food really wasn't good. I paid 300.00 to stay away from home in a so called luxury hotel with no breakfast and could have been way better for the price. Will not recommend nor will we be back. No breakfast was suppose to be included. Tvs were terrible. Price was high over charged my card. Coffee in room is terrible.

Hotel was close by the event. It took awhile to get out into room but it was clear. And the staff was nice.
