However, when we checked in their internet and cable were down and when we checked out 2 days later it was still the case. Our mini fridge in the room did not work, and even though I told the front desk at 8am, it still wasn’t fixed/replaced until 5pm after I told them again. Lights only worked on the master switch so there was no way for someone to sleep if the other party was working or reading. Lastly due to the way the handicap shower was, it was nearly impossible to not flood the bathroom floor and use all your towels to dry it up. Aldo they don’t clean rooms every day, which they don’t tell you at checking, so again even thought at 8am I told the front desk we were going to need towels, at 4:30p our room still wasn’t touched.

It was a really nice property, clean and kind staff. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean as well.

We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if we’re getting an accessible room next time I book a hotel and check in.

Very very nice stay. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfy and clean. We loved that the location was walking distance to the stadium and so close to many restaurants. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean. The Bistro was basic. There was one elevator working so the wait for the elevator was long. Otherwise nice hotel.

Nice space with updated rooms the shower curtain in our room (211) was too short and water got all over the floor of the bathroom

The breakfast was not free
