Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lubbock Central - Univ Area by IHG

The hotel was in a good location to get to things easily. It was on the feeder, just down from a Walmart, but we didn’t get any road noise! It was quiet and clean. We had a plugged drain in the shower our first night but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix it. My kids enjoyed the pool, and I got good use of the gym. My only problems were that the gym had a single 15lbs weight and a single 20lbs, not a full set. The other issues were that there were no towels by the pool, we had to go inside and request them after my kids were already soaked. They seemed a bit short staffed but everyone was nice. The breakfast was decent for what it is, but their pancake maker was broken on our visit, and that was disappointing.

We had a short but great stay. Breakfast was good and the facilities were CLEAN!

I very much liked this Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff members were very kind. I greatly enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. My only grievance would be that the parking lot is only just barely adequate; I did always find a parking spot, but it was not always easy to do so.

Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was on point and coffee was next level.

Amazing work people, amazing room it self. The smell of a good hotel you just can’t beat. Very good selection of breakfast!! Clean beds!! Clean sheets the room it’s self stays so cool we are hot nature family here and I absolutely can say this place has amazing ac!! The only thing I can complain about is I found a couple small strands of hair but that’s all nothing big over all would definitely recommend this place!! Especially if you have kids.

Ice machine on every floor. The breakfast and seating area was nice. Fresh coffee available 24/7 Parking in the front area is good. Overflow parking on the east side didn’t appear to be as safe or secure.

Room clean, bed comfortable. Roomy room. Breakfast was very good: fresh food, crispy bacon, good biscuits and gravy. A Monday morning. Have stayed there before. Would stay again. Liked security overnight in parking area.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.

We had a great stay and will for sure be back to stay when we visit our daughter at TTU. It is in a great location in relation to campus and dining. Our room clean and cool even in the 100 degree heat.
