Residence Inn by Marriott Lubbock-University Area

The night staff was friendly and so accommodating. She went above and beyond in getting us settled in. The breakfast was substantial and well-maintained. The elevator had minor issues but was larger than most. it’s the only negative I can think of, but it wasn’t much of a negative.

No clean towels, nobody was there for cleaning the whole entire time, the breakfast is poor

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Overall the stay wasn’t bad but the room could have definitely used some TLC

Rooms are clean as always and staff are very nice .Food is good hoping to have bacon someday.

The staff were incredibly nice and breakfast staff was beyond helpful. Rooms were very clean power went out for awhile but came back on after and hour or so

Staff was overwhelmed at breakfast, needed more people to help. Paying for parking was ridiculous, not gated. This is not in Manhattan. Lots of broken tiles in shower, soaps pulled off the wall and instead of fixing they just leave on the floor of the shower. Elevators were not functioning correctly, constant motion so if you got on at 2 you had to go all the way up and then back down to one.

Not enough staff to meet the needs. No breakfast plates or coffee cups.

The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. People at check in and check out were very friendly!

I feel like we greatly overpaid for this room. The room was not in great shape. We were told there was linens for the sofa bed and there were not. There were stains in the shower and the beds were not comfortable. I would expect to pay somewhere under $100 for a roll of that quality.
