Lovely Innkeeper!!!

This was the best stay I’ve had in a while. Amazing location, walking distance from downtown and the water. The room was clean and charming. And the hotel itself was so cute and historic. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. My biggest thing is it’s DOG FRIENDLY!

I loved the ease of entry, the delicious food, the beautiful decor, and the coziness of the Inn. The bed in our room was just okay. Nothing wow.

The room was set up cute. The Innkeeper had a warm welcome for us and the lights turned on. Their communication in entering the property and codes, etc were so helpful. The Inn is very welcoming and warm feeling. Parking is right behind the Inn and immensely helpful. The location is very close to the ferry and downtown. If you like a smaller, quieter homey feeling then I recommend this place. It’s an historic old house. There are going to be old things that aren’t brand new. It’s common sense. However the only thing we really did not care for is the beds. The mattresses were saggy and non supportive. They badly need to be replaced in the room we stayed in. My parents kept rolling to the middle in the night. None of us slept very well because of it.

Nothing. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness is not good. It is a terribly noisy location. When we arrived there was only a half a roll of toilet paper and very little Kleenex. The rugs in our room and throughout the B & B were very dirty. The chairs in our room were very soiled.

The loft has a unique design and perfect for our group! We wish we could have enjoyed the breakfast but had to board the SS Badger by 9 am, thanks!

What a charming old house to be able to enjoy for an evening. The upstairs fit the whole family and breakfast in the morning was wonderful! We felt like royalty in a castle, sleeping in the turret, and the little touches, attention to detail everywhere, and friendly staff were all just incredible. For our next trip to Ludington, we will definitely be checking here first to see if there's room at the Inn!

Great breakfast every morning. We stayed on the upper floor. It had two flights of steps. It was quite challenging for an elderly person. I thought it was only one flight. The shower configuration also was a challenge, no hold bars and the entire bathroom got wet.
