Very clean basic room. Need to know the hair dryer is kept inside the drawer next to bed, not inside the bathroom. AC works very well and the carpet is very clean. Thanks for the hospitality.

Conveniently located on US 10 close to downtown Ludington. It's an OK value for the price, but the property is somewhat dated. Helpful staff.

It was more "bare bones" than I expected, but okay for the price, I guess.

The room was available on short notice, even though summer travel is still relatively high. Reviews were favorable, and accurate, as far as condition of the foom. It was much smaller than we typically utilize, but the price seemed attractive. In retrospect, the price was too high given the obvious availability of rooms here, and at another nearby independent hotel. The shower was too small; we did not use it. There were no grab bars.

Check-in was OK, had a problem in the bathroom. The sink was plugged, it was fixed as we went to dinner. Came back to find a bucket underneath the plumbing which was dripping water. Toilet didn’t flush right. Even this was high season, it was not worth what we paid for it. Suggest looking elsewhere.

This hotel is dated but the staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The shower works well and has plenty of hot water. The air conditioning works well and the room was cool when I checked in.. I’ve stayed the last two years for a night each. I stayed by myself and felt safe. I will stay again.. The bathroom is very small but functional and clean. Parked right in front of my room. Good lighting outside and curtains in room close well. Quiet motel.

On first look, appeared clean but carpet edges and area around furniture not clean. Bathroom was clean. After I killed three flies and found a pair of disgusting men’s underwear on the open part of the night stand, I left. Also it seems like a few of the units are short term rentals near the ice machine with one intimidating man sitting outside smoking and acting very odd. I didn’t even talk to management,

Staff was friendly it wasn’t as clean as I hoped the advertised a jet tub there was a tub that wouldn’t fill all the way spider webs but last minute the price was right and the owner was really friendly

Very clean, a little outdated but the price, cleanliness and pleasantry of the owner makes this place a must stay.

Clean and efficient and price is right for a typical roadside motel where you park right outside the room. However rooms not well ventilated and bathroom fan and window type air conditioner too noisy and dont help much anyway. Not clear if AC brings in outside air or just recirculates stale room air. But staff friendly and room very clean.

Everything was acceptable. The hotel is more budget minded, so amenities were few. Room was clean and management friendly. If cost conscious, give it a try. Good location to beach and downtown
