Friendly and professional staff. Clean room with comfortable beds.

Arrived there- surrounding was not safe- cars with bullet holes nearby, people smoking pot outside, lobby under total renovation. I did not stay / felt unsafe and had a 26’ Uhaul truck with me. I want a full refund! As noted above. If I knew about all of this plus inside renovations I would have canceled.

Great experience overall even given the fact there was a bad storm that resulted in multiple power losses. The room was a little warmer than we would have liked but once again not their fault. Multiple power losses! They are updating the hotel now but I felt it was already nice already. Will definitely being staying there again, while our son finishes at UNCP!

Remodeled bathrooms It’s literally a motel, and definitely not a 3 star hotel. I have no idea how they get a 3 star hotel rating.

Location was convenient even tho a lot of construction around. Breakfast was a little sparse. Never use feather pillows due too severe allergic reactions. Minimal breakfast choices.

The hotel took itself was fine. There was a very foul oder in the hallway. The light in the elevator was not working so that was pitch black. It was fine for what was needed a quick one night stay

The staff was friendly. The room and bath were clean. The hotel is being renovated and yet it was quiet and we had a great night’s sleep .

Nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff is excellent and caring. Location is hard to get to. The Area is rundown and dining areas pet accessable are lacking .

Room clean, hotel located in an ongoing road construction area. Only one exit door available, water was brown, afraid to shower, use water for any purpose or eat anything from breakfast bar. The staff was friendly. Then we arrived home to find we had been charged twice for our one night stay. I contacted hotel explained what happened with the bill and the manager requested a reversal of one of the charges. We have stayed at different Fairfield locations over the past few years, some for a week at a time, however after this experience we may not stay at Fairfield again. We only stayed the night because we didn’t want to loose our money.
