Our stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Lumberton was just what we needed. Ciera was very welcoming. Marriott has a real special representative in her. The beds were comfortable, but a little too soft for us.

great staff, ample parking and easy freeway access. Road work in immediate area. Restaurant next door.

Arrived at night and there is construction all over the area. Terrible signage but the hotel is not to blame for this. Room was okay, clean and comfortable bed. Went to a close-by fast-food restaurant because it was late. didn't feel very safe in the area so we were in and out. Breakfast was okay. Would not stay here again due to the inconvenience of location.

The rooms were clean and felt comfortable. The staff was very helpful even though there welcome desk was in the middle of the atrium due to construction.

For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price

Great experience overall even given the fact there was a bad storm that resulted in multiple power losses. The room was a little warmer than we would have liked but once again not their fault. Multiple power losses! They are updating the hotel now but I felt it was already nice already. Will definitely being staying there again, while our son finishes at UNCP!

The hotel took itself was fine. There was a very foul oder in the hallway. The light in the elevator was not working so that was pitch black. It was fine for what was needed a quick one night stay
