Clean, great location, friendly staff, good options for breakfast.

The staff was great. I had an experience with Expedia. I put in the wrong dates, but Expedia let it go and it was two days after the date they would not refund my money. The hotel was great and finding me another booking. I know it was my fault but when you’re computer system allows it to go through two days past example I meant to book for Saturday night. I put in Friday night and even though Friday had passed Expedia charged me. I am a senior citizen unlimited income, and I will definitely try to find another company that can give me the results I need.

Booked online on our way from Florida to Virginia, Booked and paid for a reservation for a room with a King sized bed. When we arrived, the hotel only had rooms with two queens. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the parking was adequate. Slept well.

The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. Like I was paying cash at toll both. She was not rude but not friendly either. Did not get her name she was about 30ish, African American and heavy set dressed frumpy.

We were driving from FL to NJ and wanted to stop. It price was $100 and you get what you paid for. The hallways on 2nd floor was absolutely filthy dirty and disgusting with dirty silverware , hair bands , band aid trash. We get to our room at almost midnight and the floor around the bed and behind it was dirty, candy and wrappers behind the bed. Breakfast was disgusting as well with wet microwave eggs. We left and went to cracker barrel.

The staff was very efficient and helpful.. The woman doing the Breakfast was very good. The only downside was the parking lot and it may be because of the construction in the area. It was raining when we arrived and parking lot was flooded. We had wet shoes the next day..

We checked in around 9pm. The receptionist was extremely helpful. However, we booked a king room with a sofa bed. Hotels.com said we had that room booked but it wasn’t actually available when we checked in. The receptionist was helpful but it was an uncomfortable nights sleep as we shared a bed with a 4 year old.
