Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lumberton, NC

They were renovating , they turned the water off certain times of day and sometimes there was not hot water. They did not alert the customers what time the water would be off so when I went to wash my hands , take a shower , or use the bathroom I was not aware.I needed a lightbulb the main light in the room hall , but they said they doubt maintenance will be able to change the lightbulb because they were too busy with everything else . There was no clock in the room and I had to ask for clean towels everyday because they did not clean the room.And there was no water in the pool and I was really looking foward to swimming.

The location is convenient off of I-95. The bed was comfortable. However, the property needs some upgrades: The carpet in my room had several stains. The breakfast is okay, but it would be great to have nondairy milk.

Would stay there again.

Welcoming and positive staff. Under renovations so lots of construction dust but room was mostly clean. Didn't use shower due to a black stain. Breakfast was good. AC worked great on a hot night. Thanks!

The breakfast area was well presented, clean, and yummy. The pool was closed for renovations.

The room was cleaned and the staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. The property is worn and thankfully being renovated. I have visited this property several times and return because it is clean, I feel safe and the staff are amazing!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was filling and the staff was friendly. The room had a strange odor and the towels were in short supply.

Reserved for 2 different days and had 2 different rooms, insects came out of the bathroom, the carpet was very nasty and very dirty. The tubs where loosing the color and looked very dirty. The staff was very helpful

Quietness When I first checked into my room, there were crumbs the size of dimes and nickels from leftover food scattered across the floor, with roaches to follow. When I spoke with the manager about the issue, the response seemed to suggest that a partial refund was considered acceptable instead of a full accommodation, despite the circumstances. As someone who worked in hospitality for 3 years and studied Business, I personally believe I was mishandled as a guest. I stayed there 5/8-10 and STILL have not been accommodated after multiple requests.

Staff was VERY friendly and nice. Location was close to interstate 95 and places to eat. It was affordable. The carpet in the two rooms that I reserved were so stained and dirty I didnt want to walk on it without shoes on. The shower wasnt cleaned very well, I had 2 televisions in my king sofa bed room and the one in the main bedroom didnt work. The pool wasnt operational which isnt to big of a deal and the elevator was out of order..

Everything about this property gave us a good night’s stay.

We check-in and checked right back out after we saw our room. I couldn’t stay there, it was awful! The only positive thing about this hotel was the guy at front desk was very nice.

Nothing How in the world did this hotel get 3 stars is beyond belief. There was stained carpet everywhere, crumbling plaster and even a whole in one wall. It was under renovation, but it should have started years ago. Totally dissatisfied.
