Bugs and stains on bed and curtains.

We reserved and paid for room and it was non-refundable. We pulled up to the location and it was run down and look like people selling drugs from location. I didn’t even want to look inside this place or room. We left immediately and went to another hotel. I lost money but definitely didn’t feel safe staying there.

The room was dirty, spiderwebs, stains in one of the pillows, another pillow smells terrible, the shower curtain was also very dirty that I rather not to take a shower.

What I didn’t like about the property was that I received a room and it had bedbugs in it went and told the front desk received another room it had bedbugs worst than the first one told front desk received another room it was decent but I asked for my money back and they told since I paid cash that the money they made was already deposited so they could offer me a free night stay that was ridiculous to me

The location due to the fact that I was only there for a church event. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. White sheets were dingy and spots on them. Also outdated room decor and smelt like cigarettes even though it was non-smoking.

The outside is nasty and swarmed with the smell of piss and cigarettes . The hotel is not advertised as the pictures . Used towels and sheets were provided

Adequate for the price. No tv remote. Asked front desk for one, but it didn't work properly. Ice machine broken. Not the cleaest environment.

Broken microwave broken fridge took 4 rooms to find one that didn’t have roaches or bed bugs there was dirty foot prints in shower mold all over dirt covered pillow cases urine all around toilet dirt every where food stuck to the floors and my son who had hip surgery had to climb two flights of stairs!
