Baymont by Wyndham Lumberton NC

Property looked abandoned, the TV did not work, no towls to wash with just horrible, if you don’t have to go there, please don’t.

I booked a reservation online and the room that I was assigned , smelled so bad like cat urine , that I ended up not staying there at all ! The place was filthy ! I would never recommend this place to anyone !

First floor. Nothing else. Very dirty. Food left in refrigerator. Shoe print on the sheets. NO smoke detector. Filthy floors , Burn marks on the tub. The absolute worst place we ever stayed.

Absolutely nothing about this motel room was good. The TV didn’t work. The towels were stained with something gray all over them. The air conditioning was cool at best. There were several people just hanging out and appeared to be living there. Made us uncomfortable. There was no breakfast as advertised. All in all, with properties like this, Wyndham will get a bad name. Absolutely horrible.

No amenities! We reserved 2 rooms. Both were filthy! Stains on sheets. Our feet/socks were black within 2 mins of walking on the floor after getting out of the shower. One room had no tv, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer or smoke detector. The little coffee maker was greasy. The other room had no refrigerator! Clothes hanging over the balcony like its people’s homes! 3 buses can in at 10:30-11PM with a bunch of people who seemed to live there on them. Those people stayed out in the parking lot playing soccer until almost 1AM. Then went stomping by our rooms like they were the only ones there and there was no sleep to be disturbed, Worst Baymont by Wyndham we have EVER stayed in! Told the lady at the front desk that it was the worst place we have ever stayed and all she said was, "Sorry" To which I replied, "No you're not cuase if you were you'd fix the issues." Wyndham would do good to take their name off the sign!

Not the RAMADA I once knew!

The hotel needs a lot of repairs. Looks like they are trying some renovations but they are not good quality. I would not book this hotel again.

The room smelled, there were dead bugs on the window sill, the pull chain for the shade was sticky from not being cleaned and noise most of the night.

The maintenance and night desk guy was nice. Nasty

The maintenance staff and the young man that worked the front desk was super nice. The young girl that works during the day is very rude and not helpful. The rooms are full of roaches and unclean. The air conditioner doesn’t work very well. Check the bed sheets because my husband and I both got bites from sleeping on them.

The guy at front desk was nice It was terrible the photos are very misleading . There were long term.tennents living there they were literally sitting on sidewalks and outside rooms there was t a single railing tbat wasn't covered in laundry they were working on cars in parking lot did not fee l safe a d didn't stay a d they refused a refund

A clean, low cost room for a good night's sleep after a long drive. Value for your money.

Just seen a lot of roaches other than it was okay

1st. The property depicted on the website is Incorrect, it is run down Ramada Inn. Walked into the property and advised I was looking for the Baymont. The guy behind the counter said he didn't know where that was maybe further down the road. He then checked his computer and advised I was on the reservation list. I did not feel comfortable nor safe at the hotel. I immediately contacted Expedia to cancel my reservation and to refund my money.

Property was horrible felt like I was in a trash bump .flies on bed, outside looks dirty , ppl clothes hanging out side , smell like roaches and drugs . Felt I was in danger . I check in and check right out , don’t waste your time Everything and the front desk lady rude and wouldn’t give me no information for manager

The price and friendly staff were the only good parts about this place. It felt very unclean. My room didnt have a garbage, tissues, and the pillowcases had stained blood spots. Take your family somewhere else.

This hotel looks like a haunted house. When I walked in, it smelled terrible; the towels were black with stains, and there were cockroaches. I didn't last even half an hour inside—I had to check out just thirty minutes after entering the room.
