Red Roof Inn here in Lumberton is CLEAN! Smelled good, bed linens were crisp white! No smoke smell, and the price is worth the value! Highly recommended if you just need a night to sleep! Let friendly and the staff is very nice. The windows are fixed, no opening!

It was convenient It was very dirty and in disrepair. The floor and walls were falling apart. Floor and tables were so dirty that we cleaned them before using.

The only thing good about this location was the lovely woman at the check-in desk. This hotel was so dirty and smell smelled so much like urine that we actually did not stay and left. Nothing about the physical hotel was acceptable to be perfectly honest it probably should be demolished and rebuilt

This was one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was clean as a whistle, modern and attractively decorated, with comfortable beds and furniture as well- including a little table and chairs. Hallways were well lit and clean, parking was convenient and the location ideal for travelers. There really wasn't much of a breakfast. But for this price, I wouldn't expect more, and Dunkin Donuts is around the corner.
