The hallway was filthy. The room needed painting, had cobwebs, sink in bathroom was not cleaned. The worst part was the smell of mildew/mold in the room. My grandson needed an asthma treatment in the morning it was so bad. We should have left, but it was almost midnight and we had been driving all day with a six yr old. Staff smoking outside entrance, and appeared to be people hangini do NOT RECOMEND!around. Worst hotel experience of my life. Ne

Furniture in the rooms is dated and worn. The sofa bed in our room on our second visit was broken. The pool was drained, so we were not able to use it.

The room was clean, but fridge still had food inside, the phone wasn’t even working, the gym was closed, and the pool was closed. I was on the 5th floor, and vending machines didn’t work, and ice machine looked dirty

The room smelled we had use my wife's body spray otherwise we couldn't stand it!!!

The rooms are very outdated, poorly maintained, and visibly stained. My experience here was one of the worst I’ve ever had traveling with my family. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned. There were bugs near the refrigerator, and leftover food from a previous guest was still on the floor by the couch. This was especially concerning because my 3-year-old autistic daughter picked it up before I noticed. That alone was unacceptable. I requested to be moved, and the front desk informed me that a clean room would be available in one hour. However, my family and I waited nearly three hours, only to be placed in another dirty room. This second room had visible facial hair from a previous guest all over the bathroom sink and countertop. This level of cleanliness and service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The breakfast was ok could have been better. The pool was out of order. Completely drained. Looked like the pool needs to be updated and cleaned. Breakfast did not offer milk in cartons nor whole milk.

The stay was very good for the value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for the morning. There were waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries and yogurt. It was good to start the day off. We only stayed one night but it was a good stay.

It was clean , I asked the Desk clerk if they had a handicap Room or a Seat because I am 78 years old and have a hard time getting up off the toliet , she said no !! I asked for a plastic seat so I could get up ?? She told me all the toilets in this hotel were short , but they didn’t have a plastic seat for me , the closet was broken had no where to hang my clothes, the toilet seat was so stained up with yellow urine that they couldn’t replace it with a new seat . The bathroom sink stopper was completely gone , had to use a wash cloth to keep the water in the sink .The order in the room smell like mold .

This was very close to our destination in Lumberton, so it was selected based on convenience. Breakfast was good.
