Everything was good it just took a long time for. the water to get hot in the shower i told them about it and I was told I will get a 10 percent discount

Not clean very outdated, bugs in the rooms

Do not rent a room. Our first room was full of black mold all over the walls, all in the bathroom. Switched rooms and had the same issues. The hallways were hot, rooms smelled bad.

Very very desapointing in every aspects. Choice need to do something about this facility. I am a platinum member and this was one of the worst not going back in confort inn

The rooms were sufficient laying your head down and resting as long as he stayed in the room. Going up and down to the rooms in the hallways extreme heat. The view is horrible of construction. Looks like a desert. There's a pool there with no water and extreme mold.

Quiet, breakfast, fluffy pillows Room had a musty smell. It was like something was wet and it was trying to dry but it needed better air circulation. The mattress was a little warn. It had pot holes in it that made for uncomfortable sleep. It was like the batting in it was shifting.

Hotel/ rooms smelled very bad like mildew. Think it’s the carpet through out the hotel. One of the rooms furniture was ripped up lookin old. Elevator sounds like it’s bout to breakdown. Staff were so nice, and understanding. Hotel needs TLC!!!
