Comfort Inn & Suites Lumberton Central I-95

The stay was very good for the value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for the morning. There were waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries and yogurt. It was good to start the day off. We only stayed one night but it was a good stay.

This was very close to our destination in Lumberton, so it was selected based on convenience. Breakfast was good.

The pool was out of order and the area around the hotel was undeveloped.

Staff was friendly and efficient, but this hotel needs some updating. Also, it is stated to have a swimming pool, but it was not operational, which was disappointing since we were traveling with children.

Great staff comfy beds n clean room! My only issue was the $150 deposit wow!!

It was horrible i found a small roach on top of the table where the lamp was. You could tell that the room was with no AC and the smell was horrible. They should do a better job with cleanliness and updates to the hotel with the money they get for rooms. Its sad cuz i love Comfort Inn but not any more. Very disappointed.

Well below expectations. A ton of deferred maintenance. Clear to me that the owners/managers are trying to cut corners everywhere. Very disappointing.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room and decor could use some TLC definitely dated. Bed was super comfy, nice towels too. Breakfast was lovely, the woman there was super helpful to all and made an excellent pot of coffee. Right off I95 so I would definitely stop again on a FL to NY jaunt or back. Great value for the money.

We always stay here when visiting family. Hot breakfast is always good. Room is spacey and bed is comfortable. Not too much not to like. Like I said, we stay here every time.

Only complaint is to quit it with the pillows! Thought the pillows were small & square. Sometime during the night, my friend after getting annoyed with the pillows & not being able to get comfortable, found out they expanded when pulled apart out of frustration, were like a normal pillow! At least let the guests know about your fancy way of making a bed!

No hot water all 3 days, excuses excuses excuses

The staff was great! Yet this hotel looks great from the outside, but definitely needs TLC on the inside. On a positive note the shower pressure was amazing!

Breakfast was adequate and staff friendly and helpful.

Stay was comfortable and safe

This is by far the worst comfort Inn i have stayed in. The room was terribly out dated. The mattress was worn down until it had a sink hole in it. ALL the furniature had scratches and the table was sagging. I lifted up the mattress and found a bunch of hard between the mattress and box spring, I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Who ever wons it needs to spend a ton of money upgrading

Dirty walls looked like feces smeared on wall next to bed. Also a foul order in room. Mattress on one bed was very worn and lumpy. The smell was like old musty mop water.
