Brentwood Inn & Suites

Above us, there was stomping constantly. We notified the front desk & they sent housekeeping to the room above us, but no one came to the door. It happened both nights, and I got no sleep because of it!

My daughter and I stayed here for family weekend at Liberty University. I was late in getting a reservation and there were not too many hotels left. We were not sure how Brentwood Inn and Suites were going to be but I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was not a pool or fitness center - I could not have asked for a cleaner hotel room. It was spotless and it was great to see the staff thoughtfully cleaning all the rooms and washing the windows etc. It was close to everything and conveniently located. I would highly recommend the hotel if you are looking for a clean place to stay and a great staff.

The room was less than clean. There was rice on the desk lamp. Dried rice, so not new. The bathroom floor was very sticky. Overall, not worth the price charged.

Clean, no frills lodging. Courteous staff. Visited to see soccer games at Lynchburg U. Close to university and downtown. Reasonably priced lodging even during peak periods.

Not a hotel and not nice at all.

Everything was fine. Staff were friendly. The rooms were comfortable Can't think of anything. Everything was exactly what it was advertised as.

Just overall, no problems, no hangup, was very comfortable...no issues with staff. They were friendly and accommodating.... Nothing stood out at all...

We were very pleased with our room again. It’s very clean and comfortable. The wood-like floor is so much cleaner than an old carpeted floor!! Everything is always in working condition. We also feel very safe. With the scenic and convenient location, they also do a great job maintaining the exterior. We find it very convenient, comfortable and clean. We’ll be back.

This hotel was neither great nor terrible. It was an average, very basic hotel. Easy to find right off the highway, well lit parking area during the evening. I didn't review the staff because I didn't encounter any staff except through a zoom - type meeting upon check in. The shower was better than expected. Good water pressure, with plenty of hot water. Oddly enough, there was no place to place soap in the shower, except the edges of the tub. If breakfast is important to you, skip this place. Coffee, a waffle maker, three types of cereal, 2 (only 2 in total) mini muffins, bread, and apples. Yes, there are 2 refrigerators, but both had stickers that said employees only. We still never saw an employee. There was no one to ask, but if you decide to stay here, apparently use the fridge that has the "employees only" on the freezer door. Thankfully there was another guest with a small child having breakfast as I searched for milk for the cereal who told us where to find it. Although we never heard anyone adjacent to us (no idea if the rooms were occupied), the guests staying upstairs from us could be heard walking around, so the walls are thin. For what we paid for the room, we didn't expect much and it suited our needs. It was clean, inexpensive, well lit in the evenings, no random people loitering in the parking lot. The bed was decent. However, I am very curious about "Inn & Suites" in the name. This is a motel. Plain and simple.
