Nothing They have roaches the room are filthy. They do not have a back up. Generator ice machine was out of order. Staff was terrible. Had a non-caring attitude all around us would never book again. In the building is supposed to be vacant by this Sunday, March 9, 2026.

Well, that cable didn't work.The ac didn't work for the fan at all, and the bathroom looked like it needed to be cocking around the shower.It was kind of a s*** hole

Leaving Toilet, water was broken. No remote for the TV.. I was very cold throughout the building.

Very convenient location We asked for a non-smoking room the room smelt like people were literally just smoking in their recently. The room also needed many updates. Walls needed painting, cracks around the hot tub in the room needed repaired. Definitely needed to adjust and update the room.

Hotel room was dirty. TV did not work. Front desk associate did not greet ne right away and was not friendly.

Urine stains on toilet seat. Broken toilet. Tub wouldn’t drain, couldn’t shower. Bugs. Paraphernalia in room. Reeked of cigarette and marajuana smoke. Dirty. Dusty! Worn disgusting stained furniture. Another guest followed me to my room. Did not feel safe. No washcloths. Dirty washcloths in waste bin. Burn holes in furniture. Dirty tub. Broken bathroom door. Stains on bed. Stains on towels. Already opened bar of soap. Black mold. Horrible thin as paper pillows. I have pictures of all. This only allowed me to add a maximum of 4.

First room we were given was way too small for our needs and smelled like a dispensary. The sink in the second room they tried to give us was leaking and was very dirty. Neither room was accessible either. When I went back to the desk I was told they didn't have any accessible rooms and that the best they could do was upgrade us to a King suite with a hot tub for an additional $80. I said so we are paying extra for your mistake and not informing us ahead of time you don't have handicapped accessible rooms or toilet. Due to the fact it was already midnight and we had travelled 3 hours, we were tired and took what they had. They ended up putting us in a jacuzzi suite. There were holes and food smeared on the walls, pop sprayed up the wall and ceiling. We even killed 4 cockroaches!!! The images do not match the property. It is not updated or well maintained. Floor was cracked up. , burn marks all over hot tub. Middle of bed sank in. If we weren't on a strict budget we would have left. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
