My room was dated and smelled badly of smoke. My clothes were smoky when I went to work. The carpet was gross, overall pretty dirty hotel. Did not look at breakfast. Parking was good.

Room was not clean. Amenities inside did not work. Such as hair dryer, coffee maker etc. Lamp had a shortage as well.

I’m disappointed with my stay because the room has a strong mildew odor that makes it uncomfortable to be in. I reported the issue and was told there were no other rooms available, so I was unable to move. I expected a clean, fresh, and habitable room, and I don’t feel this room meets that standard. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution, whether that’s a partial refund, compensation, or another accommodation.

Weird smell

The location It’s dated, and the hallway smelt like cigarettes

Not clean. The room was beat down. Was supposed to be non smoking, but smelled badly of cigarettes. Carpet was gross. Outside room entrances (not interior halls. Very motel feel.). Desk guy was nice, but I had to wait for him to finish his smoke break so I could check in. (He saw me come in on his way out ... he left anyway.)

You get what u Pay for. cheap

The room was pretty good actually, and the price was low; however, you get what you pay for. The towels were pathetic. Thin and small and not absorbent. The paper plates for the free breakfast were the cheapest and flimsiest you can buy. The plastic utensils were similarly flimsy. It was obvious that the hotel management did not want to spend more on amenities than absolutely necessary.

I was very disappointed at this Baymont. The room didnt feel clean. All of the fixtures and doors and worn down looking. I have stayed at other Baymonts before that were beautiful and clean. This hotel felt like a cheap rodeway inn.

Our room was dirty and the sheets didn't fit the bed so they were coming off all night. Everything

Super friendly staff!!!!

Typical motel consistent with the rest of the similar properties Average. Nothing stands out.

The rooms were apportioned well. Not huge but have everything we needed. The only issue was the door to the landing to get to our room was stuck and you had to push it hard to open, but that’s easily corrected

Very old dated hotel. Room was as clean as it could be but very old.

Nice staff Hallways stink... Time to change the carpets

Friendly staff Beds were a little too soft. Chairs in the room were pretty dirty and uncomfortable. The only comfy chair was directly next to the air conditioner, so not necessarily the best seating options. Also had to move rooms during my stay because the smoke detector wouldn’t stop beeping. Not anyones fault, just annoying and inconvenient.

The smoke detector didnt even have a battery installed. Nor was it plugged into the wall. I went to the front desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper after the 2nd day, and inquired about the room service. The lady said yes they had room service. We were scheduled for Saturday room service, but they didnt do room service on the weekends. How does this make any sense? The phone in the room was plugged in but didnt work. No dial tone. Yes, I hit 9, still nothing. No front desk with or with out the 9. The pictures posted for this hotel were not at all what I saw at this place. The last two pictures of the lobby and the front desk are accurate. $92 a night and it was not well maintained. The ceiling in the bathroom was patched for a prior leak. Not worth the money. This area has gone way down and I do not recommend this hotel to stay at if you are traveling alone, if you know what I mean. This hotel is also independently owned and operated. So, there is no basic standard.
