Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life
-
First the room was ok but there were stains on the sheets on one bed, there were not enough towels for 4 people. The air conditioner needed repair as every time it shut off it sounded like someone was entering our room. So we didn’t sleep well. Then the breakfast was horrible. Cold wet gritty eggs, sausage patty’s were cold and paper thin. The waffle iron worked well if you like waffles. The pancake maker in the photos of the property was gone. So i ended up with an apple.

breakfast was skimpy, the room was over-crowded. They ran out of coffee, the eggs were cold.

The location was nice. After having to leave another property and relocate to this location, I woke up the next morning with a bite on my forearm, and the following day I woke up with additional bites on my hand and legs. The room appeared reasonably clean and was not disgusting or visibly dirty, but for the amount I paid, repeatedly waking up with unexplained bites was concerning. Staff did say that they will start an investigation for that room and I hope they do. So no one else has to endure that. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping and lack of communication. I had to go to the front desk every day or every other day to ask for toilet tissue. Housekeeping did not come to collect our trash, change the sheets, or explain whether we were supposed to place trash outside the door. At one point, I had to find a member of the housekeeping staff myself just to give her a bag of trash. I would have appreciated clearer communication about what housekeeping services were provided during our stay. I did have a positive experience with the staff member who assisted me when I needed clean towels and a replacement iron after the iron in the room damaged my clothing. She was very helpful, and I absolutely appreciated her assistance. Some staff members were pleasant and helpful, while unfortunately my interactions with others were not as pleasant. Overall, the property itself was okay, but considering what I paid for the stay, I expected better housekeeping, communication, and attention to basic necessities.

Location and price

Room had an obvious odor, pillows were very worn and used. Overall room and hotel itself felt dirty. Right off of Stevenson HWY which was louder than expected.

No Room had a small bathroom with paint peeling off the wall.

The elevator juttered when the doors opened but at least it was functional. Towels were rough and unpleasant. Thr breakfast was good though. Scrambled eggs were tasty and not rubbery. They could use an additional waffle maker. A woman was making six for her famil so we waited a long time for her to finish. More fruit options other than apple would be nice.

I checked in about 6:30 PM, went to the room, and the room was not prepared for a new quest. Guess the staff system of determining which rooms had been serviced and which had not needed some review.

Hair Dryer was broken in the room. Got a replacement from the front desk. AC stopped working overnight. Had to move to another room.

Rooms smelled, everything is dated. I would never consider staying at another one because of this experience.

nothing!!!!!!! We booked for 2 night (two rooms) - left after the first night. It smelled so bad of weed. We had an 18-month-old baby with us. I had to pay for two nights (two hotel rooms) and stay one night. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Very good

Brown spots on the bathroom ceiling; the towels were thin; to get clean ones, you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk; no housekeeping service; the carpet was very old; and the blanket on the bed was old and thin.
-
Ok overall. Very poor quality mattress, Hallway was damp and poorly ventilated. Rest in line with a two star property

Everything was ok, except breakfast. There was no milk for the cereal. Even if you ran out, it seems to be a simple solution. Go buy some.
