Not worth it , front desk closes at night which leaves you with no help at night , when i first arrived the elevator went out and staff was just not phased nor making guest feel comfortable about the situation it was just blew off like this is normal i did Not plan to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs when i booked here , no breakfast no pool , the odor in my room when i first arrived was terrible ! They charge if you need extra towels or covers Literally only go here if you just need a bed to lay in

The fact that in order to get fresh sheets you have to pay for it and you have to wash your old sheets then exchange them for fresh sheets from the front desk was insane to me. Also they don’t have an ice machine they have ice trays in the freezers.

I did however enjoy my stay. Unfortunately the elevator did go out and we had to take our things down from the 4th floor by stairs 😮‍💨. Laundry room was clean and easy.

Bare room with few amenities. Reminded me of a dorm room.

Helpful staff, clean room. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling, and they responded quickly.

On the positive side, they are very pet-friendly, and a couple of the women working at the front desk were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. In a pinch, I would recommend it.

We were there four four days and every day there was a key issue (us not being able to get into the room). Also, it is ludicris to suggest that we pay extra for daily cleaning and towl service. It's not like you accrue extra costs by washing each towel individually. C'mom. Just another way of overcharging guests. I travel to Detroit quite frequently visiting family, and I will NEVER choose this location again.

I booked this place for a friend on july 27. After get there, they said no vacancy. They informed me, they won’t be any charge from my card. But they charged me. I had to pay without stay there.

Don't get me wrong there is some wear and tear but that is reflected in the lower price.

I had a horrible experience at the hotel. I made reservations online and when I arrived around 6:30 pmno one was at the desk. A young lady eventually came out after fifteen minutes or so , and when I told her I had reservations , she gave me an odd look before saying no , you do not have reservations. I told her that I did and showed her my reservation confirmation. She said that it did not matter because they had sold out when other people came in.And paid for rooms between the time that I made the reservation and showed up to pay at the desk. I asked if anything could be done and she said not until the next morning when her manager arrived. When I explained that I needed the room that night because of an early morning flight , the next day , she said , I don't know what to tell you.

Ok. No shower chair in room in handicap accessible room. Picture shows shower chair no shower chair. Pillows are awful. Could not ask for extra towels or pillows, front desk closed. Only 2 sets of towels for a room that sleeps 4, so 1 person could not shower because noone was at front desk. Not sure of hours because they were closed at 9 pm after coming from Meijer.

Cathy is the best!!!! She's always so welcoming and respectful! I will be returning because of both my stay and Cathy. Hire more staff like her and the business will boom.

It was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the overall experience was nice. Definitely would go back there again.

TV was great! And had Netflix which is a great bonus also had HDMI hookup. Fairly quiet.

It was simple, quick and affordable. Made our last minute stay in Detroit easy.
