Good room for the price!

Room floors needed a little more caring to, and crumbs were in one of the beds, but overall everything was nice and convenient for the price and weekend. Tree was very helpful with everything, even though we had complications with arrival times because of the weather affecting our travel time.

Clean

5 stars for the General Manager! He showed excellent leadership and customer service during my extended stay. I appreciate how he handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and respect. He made sure I felt heard and worked to resolve the issues in a fair and timely manner. His kindness and willingness to help made my stay much better.

The rooms are not cleaned daily, or even within several days, from what I understood of the cleaning policies (I was there for three nights and the room was never cleaned). Guests must take out their own trash, pay for detergent and coin laundry, and so forth, but such is the natural consequence of such low rates. I also found my room to be a bit noisy, with the freeway very close and the appliances in the room very loud as well. Still, given the price, this was entirely worth it, and as long as you're ready to tidy up your own room every day, you won't be sorry you stayed here.

Cathy was great at trying to help me out however, the first room I went into smelled bad and did not look like it had been cleaned so she gave me another room which smelled marginally better. People down the hall were arguing with each other to the point where I thought they were going to kill each other. There is no ice like other hotels and there are no utensils or cutting boards for the kitchen so it’s pretty much a useless amenity. it seems as though this is a place where people long-term stay, and there was marijuana smoking in the parking lot and it is in an industrial area. Great to save money, but it obviously has some drawbacks; you get what you pay for.

There wasn’t no breakfast, pool or ice machine room was kinda clean but missed areas at the same time

Great staff! Room was just what I needed.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows flat. Told to take out our garbage- was a bit weird. Food was left in refrigerator from previous guest. It is close to highway. Easy off and on.

Pretty clean facilities ,great location ,staff is helpful . The room i booked the ac was not working, we requested repair but still keep not working. I think was the only think i didn't like

Clean enough, nothing special great price.

There was a slightly odd smell to the room. It was not majorly off-putting. Just a little to the left of normal. The room was very clean, the hotel was nice and quiet.

Room was clean and passed inspection by friend who checks everything. Bed was very comfortable, one of the best and I travel in US and internationally quite a bit. Sound insulation was only ding (could hear folks walking on floor above).. no other issues though

Very friendly guests over 85% of the time. Would use this pet-friendly location when traveling, again & will recommend my friends and family!
