Staff was great

Was only there for the night, it was okay. Only two thin pillows on the bed. The AC was not bad but had a hard time keeping the programed temp duing the night.

Does the job. Just an odd smell. Otherwise all good.

I was only here for five hours. I was blown away by the stench in the hallway, but pleasantly surprised by how clean the room “looked”. By the grace of God, I was able to get a good nights sleep. A little disappointed by having only 2 thinner pillows. I would’ve given this five stars until I woke up, started getting ready for my very early day, felt something on my shoulder and looked down to see some kind of worm as long as the width of my pinky nail. On me. Of course I reacted and flicked it off. I could hear it splat somewhere near my makeup bag so I had to empty everything and wipe everything off to make sure I didn’t take it home with me. Other than that and needing to use lots of room spray, the place was great. Just what I needed for a quick last minute place to sleep. LOTS of highway noise. I felt like I was laying next to the road but I had the AC fan on and I used white noise anyway so I didn’t let it bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper, probably not the place for you. The Baymont down the block was originally cheaper, but when I went to buy it, the price went up $15 so that’s why I went with this place. It’s cheap enough that I would try it again.

Everything you get from the hotel is separate or you have to pay for. Staff were constantly outside the front door smoking, so had to wait for them to come back. Very quiet and decent location.

Booked two nights for my husband. He returned to his room after a day of dealing with a family tragedy to find that housekeeping had removed his bag and marked his room ready for check in... problem is he paid for that night and housekeeping only collected half of his items. Julio at the front desk provide this information and.promised Andrew the Manager would be in touch.... we'll see

One of the back door from the stairs is open and anyone without a key can enter the building.

Great place to stay. Especially longer stays. Elevator freaked me out though…

Good

The property and service were on par for the room rate. The room rate was very good considering the kitchenette services. Some basic even kitchen supplies - plates, cutlery, napkins, plastic would be acceptable - would be nice.

The location was perfectly Central to all of Metro Detroit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The elevator is very dirty. You can see Mark's on the buttons where people's fingers touch. When I arrived my sink was broken. The sink only had one handle and when I lifted the handle up it came clear off the sink. The room had a smell that wasn't dirty but wasn't clean either. The hard floor felt like it wasn't swept. I had to wear my shoes in the room. I've stayed at similar hotels in the area with the same price and have gotten way better value for my money. They did come to my room immediately to fix the sink but only because maintenance was still there. Thank goodness I checked in right at the available check in time to check in to fix the sink.

Clean room 👌

I really hate to write bad reviews but this property was awful. I’ve never stayed anywhere that had limited front desk hours. There was no hair dryer in the room. I couldn’t request one from the front desk because it was never open while I was at the hotel. We were booked for a two night stay. I wouldn’t go back the second night. The water pressure in the shower was so sad. The floor in the room was super dirty. Apologies for the bad words but you can do better for your customers.

Good price clean room enjoyed my stay.

Front staff wasn't helpful and wouldn't honor my reservations when I reserved 2 rooms. Only got 1 room and had to many people in the room for comfort. Room was dirty. Staff wasn't there for check out so hopefully they dont charge us for anything!!
-
Not worth it , front desk closes at night which leaves you with no help at night , when i first arrived the elevator went out and staff was just not phased nor making guest feel comfortable about the situation it was just blew off like this is normal i did Not plan to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs when i booked here , no breakfast no pool , the odor in my room when i first arrived was terrible ! They charge if you need extra towels or covers Literally only go here if you just need a bed to lay in

The fact that in order to get fresh sheets you have to pay for it and you have to wash your old sheets then exchange them for fresh sheets from the front desk was insane to me. Also they don’t have an ice machine they have ice trays in the freezers.
