Satisfied with the service

Toilet was clean, bathtub was nasty, carpet smelled of cat which we got past because aware its a pet hotel, bed sheets werent changed and stained, tv didnt work, phone was a gag gift, shady area.

Bed uncomfortable, floors dirty, bathtub dirty. Overall the room wasn't the best at all

Rude people. Tried to talk to them but no nice communication with them! So disappointed!

Simply put, this hotel is run down, bunch of trash everywhere, random people asking for money, rides, drugs... room (the 3rd one we got) was not cleaned as it should be. Went to target and bought large sheets to cover bed. Did not use shower, it was horrible. Bugs in the room as well. Decided it wasn't worth it. Didn't sleep in the room. Ended up going to a friends house.

There was a very harsh ammonia/urine smell in our room. We asked to move and were told there were no other rooms. Booked a 2 bed and were given 1 bed. The remote control was chewed and had corroded batteries in it. Stains on sheets and towels. Floor was dirty and sticky.

The bed covers n pillows had stains all over them. The shower and the walls needs a deep cleaning. It was hairs everywhere.

Rooms was clean Cops everywhere, rude and in competent staff, crackheads every where and the smell coming from the trash room

I don’t recommend this property - the staff in particular were not welcoming, and rude - and I was overall very disappointed with my stay.
