Bed was extremely comfortable. Temperature was good death clerk was good. Shoes personable not overly not overly so but she's personable, very professional Always left a lot to be desired as did the laundry room. The door was unlocked from time to time and seemed like it didn't work . Could have used more towels, hand towels. There weren't any The carpet could have been cleaner. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner. It wasn't clean at all so I put that on the housekeepers. Other than that it was pretty pretty enjoyable. Stay

Staff was super nice, rooms seem to have improved since 2 years ago when we stayed there for my surgery we were there for a week or my husband was. No dishes or coffee maker in room when theirs a kitchenette.

Just a horrible experience

Comfortable bed. Trash receptacles by outdoor doors filled and overflowing. Bathroom dirty. The entire room smelled of chemical odor powder.

Room was filthy, gave me allergies, Washroom floor and carpets had stains, the front desk person only allowed to give one paper towel per person and when I told them that I had allergies, she said that if she give me the extra toilet paper her job was on the line.
