The rooms were not clean and some things needed repair such as the toilet seat and towel rack and wall paper was in bad shape

The pool was clean. Staff was so-so I felt they may not have been as friendly toward people of color. My opinion. The rooms were filthy, I cleaned out rooms as soon as we got in there was old food on carpet stuck and fridge had food stuck to outer door it was disgusting. The box springs were all visible and not covered and completely filthy and dirty to the point where you wouldn’t want to get out of bed and let the back of your legs touch the boxspring it was unsanitary and they had no problem with renting rooms out like that. Their grab and go breakfast was decent. The pool was clean but it was very small. Take your luck or chances if you shall.

Was a little vintage and outdated.

They say handicap accessible but it really wasn't the room were up to get in. Bathroom door was hard to open

Price was good. The beds were not comfortable, the wall paper was falling off. There was a cigarette burn in our blanket.

So, overall it wasn’t bad for the price. We stayed in room 536 it was outdated, but clean for the most part. The jacuzzi had some gold flakes in it, but those are hard to get out. The stopper was broken for the jacuzzi tub so we had to get creative to get it out and drain it. The TV had a line through the left side, mostly just annoying. The bed though…. It could have been comfortable if the springs weren’t on the verge of popping through the mattress causing my husband and I to have HUGE bruises on our hip and upper thighs. That was terrible. It is now a week later and they are STILL there and just as bad as they were when we left. Could have been better but it could have been WAY worse.

Everything was easy to get to close stores love the pool it was clean

The staff was rude. They always give me rooms that smell awful, broken shower or ac. When asked why the guy said because cigarettes in the room. I haven’t smoked cigs in 5 years. I’ve only gone to the motel for 2 years.

My room had bed bugs! (Room 304) I checked out immediately and was given a refund for only one night. The clerk said the bed bugs had to be verified by housekeeping in order to get my full refund. Although I ultimately received my money, I should have been refunded for my full stay immediately, as I had pictures/proof that there were bedbugs.

N/A Im sure management knew workers would be on the roof hammering ? Secondly the motel room was highly water damaged and smelled of black ⚫️ mold. I'll pass on this motel my comfort is a priority for me and I've never lived in these type of nasty conditions. Plus upon arrival management at about 7pm told us "no dogs allowed" didn't even speak to me, just "no dogs allowed". First of all the 12lb dog is a service animal and her papers SHALL BE HONORED PERIOD OR IM OUT. Enough said but never again in this life.

It was convenient and clean for the price. The air worked fine and the pool was very clean and safe. There weren’t any issues with staff or anyone else visiting the property. The key cards were a very big problem. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. It was very frustrating.

The carpet was severely stained and discolored. The room smelled like cigarettes, the floor wobbled and shook as we walked across it. The shower had hair in it. The ceiling had some water damage because the patch work they did was coming apart. There was no mini refrigerator.

Love it clean tub clean quiet and peaceful

The power went out hours into my stay was not able to enjoy the stay was offered no amenities for the inconvenience

They have roaches! It’s people parked in there cars doing drugs
