While property smelled like urine, even in the room, when I left my belongings all smelled of smoke even though my room was “non-smoking.” There were bugs inside, towels were dingy like they haven’t been washed and shower looked like it had never been properly cleaned, I elected to skip a shower. If you have an option to stay anywhere else, you should.

My room smelled like pot every day. I complained but nobody did anything. Stay away!!!!

Close to Oakland Mall. The staff are nice but the motel itself smells heavily of mildew and marijuana. Rooms are not clean.

Parking = enough to park anything shopping near buy = all you can handle staff = 50% probability of getting someone that speaks English and that is nice / accommodating cleaning of room = my remote to tv was sticky, door safety lock was broken off, stuffy rooms for lack of ventilation, bedding was clean and proper (pillows were cheap or worn out heavily). Amenities = nothing really besides toilet paper, they do not have napkins or tissue paper, they do not provide shampoo or conditioner miny bottles, phone in room was in a broken dresser that was there and not hooked up, so u have to walk down to office to speak to anyone which cannot help. No coffee in room, had to walk to lobby and poor a 4oz foam cup (so BYOT bring your own thermos).

Nothing it was dirty the toilets backed up and staff was very rude and disrespectful and not accommodating in any way Everything was not good there were people hanging outside the doors all the time asking for money change the police were there couple times a day

Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Room smells of smoke. Room was dirty. Traveled from out of town. Canceled our room and went to the Hampton. I do not recommend staying here!

I found stains on the bedsheet. Went to the second room and the box for the outlet was out of the wall. The microwave had extreme stains. The tub was not clean. I was worried I was going to get something. I would not recommend staying there.
