Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison East

Hotel is conveniently located to airport. Staff was wonderful. Room was comfortable. The sign with Microtel name was broken and there was no sign with hotel name visible from outside.

We will stay definitely stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison East again or any Microtel Inn & Suites nationwide.

Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No sign outside. Everything in the room was damp; every towel, sheet, and blanket was stained. Told front desk our tv was broken to which they said they would fix it, and never did. Someone’s entire fingernail adorned the bench beneath with the window. The lighting aesthetic in the room was that of a gulag struggling with government funding. Had the price not been so high for our stay, I could stomach the conditions. But this hotel should be removed from Expedia for the sake of the general public.

The staff was good but the commodities wasn't in my room the TV didn't work and the Wi-Fi kept going in and out.

The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. The hallway on our floor and our room reeked. The bed sheets had cigarette burns, the cushion in the window seat had burns, the microwave door was cracked and broken and had cigarette burns on the top of it. Half the lights didn't work. Saw people in the back parking lot doing drugs. The trash in the trash bin out back was overflowing and animals had gotten in it and open bags in the parking lot. Would not stay here again. Didn't feel safe outside in back and our belongings stunk after leaving there.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The place was filthy and so rundown. It smell to high heaven, the rugs are damp and musty, the bed is trash, and the linens and towels are filthy. When I first got to my room, my room would not lock. When I came back later, they had fixed the lock and now I couldn’t get in. We spent at least 45 minutes back and forth to the front desk and the front desk agent making calls and coming up several times to try to help. By the time I finally got in it was like 1 o’clock in the morning. When I spoke to the front desk on checking out, they responded with oh well we are becoming some new hotel brand and too bad. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend this hotel ever. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have this on their site.

Very dated and the property picture doesn't much look like the property. Smelled like garbage and weed throughout. Very friendly and helpful woman who checked us in early. Very rude standoffish gentleman at the desk when we left. Not hot breakfast as advertised. For the money not worth it.

This property needs an overhaul. The pictures on the website are misleading and out date. The rooms are nasty and unsafe. Please keep searching for a better hotel it looks nice on the outside but don’t be fooled.

The cleaning staff did the best they could with what they had. This place is in serious need of updating! Rust everywhere, no working tv, lumpy pillows, fried outlet in the bathroom, shower chair was disgusting, ect.

Black mold on the ceiling in our room, clearly been leaking for some time. Room just seemed beat up.

The place smelled of pot and vaping/cigarettes smoke from the minute we walked in the door to our third floor room. The rooms all had “no smoking” signs. People were just randomly gathered in the back parking lot. The back door had a sign “use other doors” but it was completely open and unlocked all night. My bed had some bluish type stain on the bed sheets. Not a good night sleep for us.

Walked in the lobby it smelled like garbage had been sitting there for days. During check in the lady at the desk was distracted and did not charge the correct card I gave her. Hotel hallway smelled like nothing but cigarettes. Got to my room and that was no better it was mold and dirt on the walls. Only one light in the room worked they have no cable. The tub was filthy! The toilet wouldn’t flush I would NEVER stay here again and I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYBODY

Gross. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Affordable stay away from home. They offer continental breakfast, but no selection. Entrance area is not clean. Fingerprints all over the glass doors. Majority of people are from the local area staying there

Lots of space for parking! Close drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff was quick with check in and out. Our room was clean and ready when we got there.

The property was right on the edge of the interstate, and my room is terribly noisy, the windows are single pain and had to check several times to make sure they were shut. Also my room was tiny almost the size of a camper. A lot of stuff didn't work like the ice maker on the third floor where I was at and the breakfast wasn't well kept or stocked when things ran out they didn't replace them. I only stayed here because it was cheap

The room was beyond dusty and dirty the entire week or so I stayed, so instead of complaining I went ahead and cleaned it thoroughly myself. With real cleaning products. So then, as I go to check out this morning, about 30 mins ago, the front desk guy, literally yelled at me, because I LEFT ONE OF THE BED SHEETS and my dirty towels, in the laundry room last night because of spilling a huge cup of water on it! And when he asked where the towels and sheet was, I told him, I left it in the laundry room because they got water spilled on them, he yelled even louder at me saying, WHO TOLD YOU TO PUT THEM IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM! I said, the fact it’s dirty laundry, I assumed it went, in the laundry room, where else was it supposed to go? And he says… YOU LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM! AAAHHH… I had the absolute worst service, and was totally disrespected, especially since I literally just paid way too much, over 1000$ easily in just this past week, for their rates skyrocketing at the last minute every evening…. Especially for the filth covering the whole room, the fridge was wayyy too small, on top of the freezer being one huge block of ice… TERRIBLE VISIT!

It was clean and a comfortable the room was also comfortable and clean easy check in no issues or complaints
