Lots of space for parking! Close drive to shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff was quick with check in and out. Our room was clean and ready when we got there.

The property was right on the edge of the interstate, and my room is terribly noisy, the windows are single pain and had to check several times to make sure they were shut. Also my room was tiny almost the size of a camper. A lot of stuff didn't work like the ice maker on the third floor where I was at and the breakfast wasn't well kept or stocked when things ran out they didn't replace them. I only stayed here because it was cheap

The room was beyond dusty and dirty the entire week or so I stayed, so instead of complaining I went ahead and cleaned it thoroughly myself. With real cleaning products. So then, as I go to check out this morning, about 30 mins ago, the front desk guy, literally yelled at me, because I LEFT ONE OF THE BED SHEETS and my dirty towels, in the laundry room last night because of spilling a huge cup of water on it! And when he asked where the towels and sheet was, I told him, I left it in the laundry room because they got water spilled on them, he yelled even louder at me saying, WHO TOLD YOU TO PUT THEM IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM! I said, the fact it’s dirty laundry, I assumed it went, in the laundry room, where else was it supposed to go? And he says… YOU LEAVE IT IN THE ROOM! AAAHHH… I had the absolute worst service, and was totally disrespected, especially since I literally just paid way too much, over 1000$ easily in just this past week, for their rates skyrocketing at the last minute every evening…. Especially for the filth covering the whole room, the fridge was wayyy too small, on top of the freezer being one huge block of ice… TERRIBLE VISIT!

It was clean and a comfortable the room was also comfortable and clean easy check in no issues or complaints

This was such a disappointing trip. I previously stayed at this hotel in April and it was fine. The breakfast is lackluster but the rooms were clean and comfortable. This time we decided to upgrade to the jacuzzi suite. The tub had hair in it, but we cleaned it and attempted to use it. Very few of the jets worked. We did turn them to make sure they were on and that didn’t help. Ultimately it was just an overrated bathtub. Breakfast was more dismal than before with very little options.

I room was dirty and smelled awful. THE STAFF WAS RUDE.

I was also concerned about the hotel's security. The exterior entry doors were frequently left unlocked or propped open, allowing unauthorized individuals to enter the building. During our stay, a homeless individual was sleeping in the foyer area adjacent to our room, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about guest safety. Overall, the property has potential, but improvements to both the facilities and security measures are needed.

Old dirty carpet. Weird smell. Scraped up doors and floor trim. Older flat pillows. Otherwise pretty clean. Host very kind but hard to understand with heavy accent from India. Ok in an emergency situation, but will not stay again. I should have know by the very cheap price on Expedia.

Very dated hotel. Old sheets, pillows, towels, AC, TV, NO COffee maker in room, poor breakfast selection, watered down juice, no milk

Price was reasonable when every other hotel in the area jacked their prices to ungodly levels. Cleanliness

The staff worked with us very well when we needed to check out early and refunded money. Thank you

parking almost everything; poor breakfast; all white bread, no special food, very poor exercise room, very dirty carpet throughout, toilet in our room had seal falling off, the tv was horrible and no good channels, the sofa was stained, the fridge was not cold

It was absolutely NOTHING like the photos. The entire place stunk like cigarettes to the point that we had to go to the store and buy air freshener. We could not shower because it backed up and black gunk came out of the drain. We could not run water in the bathroom sink because the same thing happened. The dresser drawer was broken and wouldn’t shut - it stuck out several inches. There was a significant amount of black mold growing on the wall and ceiling. The carpet had spills that weren’t cleaned up and had hardened into nasty patches. The towels left in the bathroom were DIRTY AND USED! They had makeup on them. The “desk” was a shelf glued to the wall that was pulling away and sagging by several inches in the middle. At the end of our trip, the smoke smell irritated my allergies so badly that we checked out at 3am. The smell carried onto us, which then caused our rental car to smell! When we got home we thoroughly washed EVERYTHING that touched anything in that room. 10,000 percent DO NOT RENT!
