Booked a king bed, got a queen. Staff was friendly. Shift change was right at check-in time, which caused a wait to be able to check in.

I really liked my suite, it has a full size fridge, the kitchen is very well equipped, the only thing I hated were my neighbors. They stayed up too late and they were really loud. I had to call front desk but this couple didn't care

This hotel jacked up the rate to luxury prices on a football weekend. Queen-size bed despite plenty of room for a king and no bed stand on one side. Blinking light in the smoke detector was annoying in the dark. And worst of all -- no housekeeping service during our stay. The staff were apathetic. In all, what a fail for the HUGE price.

No hand soap in the bathroom. And never received any the whole time we were there. Was told the “truck shipment” hasn’t arrived yet and never did apparently for the over $300 room we paid for.
