The room i was put in was not cleaned the bed was not made when i arrived the trash can was half full there was a used towel and washcloth in the bathroom and the snoke detector was covered by a trash bag.

Daisy offered the warmest welcome and great advice to take a walk through the cute historic business district nearby. I felt like I was visiting somewhere cool with lovely people and vibes, not just crashing while traveling cross country. Room was perfect and had the best desk work station.

Lobby restroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone needs to review the entire facility.

Booked a king bed, got a queen. Staff was friendly. Shift change was right at check-in time, which caused a wait to be able to check in.

I really liked my suite, it has a full size fridge, the kitchen is very well equipped, the only thing I hated were my neighbors. They stayed up too late and they were really loud. I had to call front desk but this couple didn't care

This hotel jacked up the rate to luxury prices on a football weekend. Queen-size bed despite plenty of room for a king and no bed stand on one side. Blinking light in the smoke detector was annoying in the dark. And worst of all -- no housekeeping service during our stay. The staff were apathetic. In all, what a fail for the HUGE price.
