Friendly staff that gave us a first floor room next to the outside door for our dog. We enjoyed the indoor pool with our grands, but it was quite chilly. There were several common areas for our extended family to get together. We recommend!

Lobby area was nice for breakfast. The server who was in doing breakfasts was very kind, and courteous. She has excellent customer service. While I did not use the pool, family members said it wasn't great. Also, another family member said their suite's hot water did not work. I booked through a third party and while I appreciate the willingness to break cancellation policies, it took 4 days to do so. Hard to make plans for people. Parking. I didn't realize there was no parking for this location. Parking should be comped for guests when most of the lot is taken up by construction trucks.

I liked the location to downtown.

Business office computers logged out and would re load. Shower was run down and loose from the wall.

The guy at front desk sunday night and monday morning was so awesome. He rescued us a couple times directing us on how to travel. Whete to eat and park and get coffee. The lady at the restaurant and bar sunday was very kind to us. We had a great dinner at your place. Thanks you.

Room need new upgrade

Always very clean, friendly staff. Beds very comfortable. Goods and snacks available of course. Room was quiet and we felt safe. Breakfast is not complimentary. While it is available, it is not worth 17.00 as it was a typical Continental breakfast. Menu order items are available too. Parking should not have to be paid for separately or at all. Would have liked to have had complimentary water bottle in room.

Great location, friendly...convenient parking (if not charged). I missed having a fresh waffle or the like at breakfast. Seemed not as robust a selection.

Didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those. Room was clean. The desk in the room looked like it was about to collapse. Dated and needs some repairs. Parking is almost all paid. $10 a night covered or open air. Sucks but is what it is. It’s not gated so kids do hot rod around in it. Breakfast is NOT included. $17 buffet. Can’t imagine a breakfast buffet in a hotel that could justify that but I didn’t see it either. I’d stay here again. Just know what I’m getting now.

Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The room was pretty clean but did have places that were dirty from wear and tear. One morning we didn’t have hot water for our shower and the water kept leaking out of the shower. The location is great and we overall had a great stay.

Could've been a little more quiet, and the main door in would hit the bathroom door if you didn't watch out for it.

When I checked in I was told that Hotels.com only reserved 1room for me I showed them my confirmation # that showed 2-rooms with 2queen beds on each room they said I have to contact Hotels.com that they cannot help me. They gave me 1room with 2queen beds and 1room with 1king size bed and charge me for the room. When I got to the room it says Welcome Mary so I went back downstairs to let them know the room belong to Mary and Mary was on the counter trying to checkin and they gave the room to her. They gave me a room but I have to move the next morning to another room very inconvenient because I have to attend a wedding Saturday, June 13th. When I checked out Monday June 15th I had to call back the Manager to credit me for the room he charged me

Location Price

No hot running water in bathroom Friday night. Bathroom sink drained so slow. Gross ...so overpriced for the week of graduation...price gouging at its best . $1028. For 2 nights
