this was a good stay for just a quick one night trip. I would not rebook this hotel if I was staying for a few nights. Breakfast ended at 9 but by 8:00 nothing was getting refilled, so you either showed up to breakfast right as it opened at 6 or you were going to basically get cereal. The pool was a nice feature for the kids, but the hot tub was scorchingly hot. The rooms were clean, but some towels and one of the bed sheets had black stains on them. It was obvious that they were stains and not dirty sheets. TV was nice because it had Netflix, and the room had both a mini fridge and a microwave.

The two staff members I spoke to were both extraordinarily friendly and nice. That just really set this place apart among other nearby hotels that are similar, so I will go back. I've stayed several places in this town over the years, and this is my favorite so far. Parking is easy, and the location is walking distance of a street full of restaurants and a fabulous bakery, Radina's Bakehouse.

Just need a place for the night and this was perfect! Hot tub was a bit too warm but other than that it was great!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was very nice and had plenty of water pressure.

A very well kept and clean room; coffe maker, nice tv, chargers for phones, cooler, microwave etc. Very nice. Handicapped parking near my room was nice. Jim Rees.

Our family will not book a stay anywhere else in Manhattan; unless, there isnt an available room. We stay in Manhattan frequently for Healthcare, and this is BY FAR the BEST place to stay!

We stayed here because of a college visit to K State. It was close to the university and was easy to find. Good workout equipment and nice breakfast. The staff were great!
