Clean room, all the staff was very friendly and front staff gave a great recommendation for dinner that was just a few blocks away. Location close to many things. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Trailer parking was very tight, we basically just got lucky.

Only down fall was that the elevator was not fully operational. We were placed on the second floor and the elevator could not be called to the ground floor on the ground floor. The lady said we could go up and send it down, but thankfully we didn't have too much to carry and got the extra steps in!

This last time we had a broken remote control sensor the lady at the front desk helped us immediately. The pool area had standing water and not swept( dead bugs and trash).

The A/C was not central. The wslll under the window and that kind made the room damp.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was non existent.

Overall, the hotel was clean. The carpet was stained to the point that I was sad I’d forgotten to pack my house shoes. The chair and ottoman were so horribly stained that I refused to sit on either. The rest of the room was very clean. The location is easy to get to off the highway. Breakfast was decent and the staff was nice. I felt safe in the area.

I cancelled my reservation more than 24 hours in advance due to health issues. Holliday Inn Manhattan KS would not refund my prepaid room charge.
