Monday nite (around 11pm) there was a group of very loud men talking about d arguing in the hallway by my door.

Room had bed bugs. Didn’t stay, booked somewhere else. Wouldn’t book here ever again.

Room was dirty and had someone's hair plastered on the bathtub rails. And found leftover hard fries everywhere.

We did not have a good experience and even checked-out one day early even though we would not get our money back. The first room assigned to us was not cleaned from previous use. The second room had a terrible smell and was very warm. The next day, breakfast was already cleaned up by 8:30 AM even though it was supposed to go to 9:00 AM.

The staff was rude and barely acknowledged we were there. There were men sitting at the door and in the lobby on their phones drinking. The entire place smelled stale. The key card took several tries before working then once in the room the first 2 lights didnt work, finally a light worked and the room was filthy. There was no attempt at cleaning it from the last guest. Trash in cans, piles of towels in bathroom, bed linens dirty and stains down side of bed, food or something on chairs and tables. Just disgusting. We walked out after snapping some photos and again not acknowledged by desk lady. Nothing about this felt safe or clean. Im still fighting for a refund as they billed me almost $300 for less than 5min of being on that property. Staff from hotels.com have reached out where this place have ignored them so now ive contacted Wyndham corporate. I will keep fighting them until I am refunded IN FULL.

Dated but still a nice place to stay. Decent breakfast and great location.

Place smell like smoke everywhere, the building looks like is falling apart, my IPad was bigger than the tv on the room and furniture is from the 70’s. Beds look like an elephant was sitting on it, but they were comfy fortunately. Breakfast offered, but only cereal was found. The toilet in the room was for like 3 year old kid and carpets were dirty too.
-
it is in need of updating. the complementary breakfast was very much missing a lot of things.

You get what you pay for. The building could use a little bit of work, and the room could definitely use a deep clean. But it did the job for one night.

They had me in a room on the 3rd floor BUT did CHANGE it to one on the 1st [had some heavy items to bring in from the car]...so that was GOOD BUT the fridge didn't work [said they would look into it] but nothing was done....one of the main reasons I PREFER Super 8 for 2-3 day stays. One bed was broken and no coffee in the breakfast room on Sunday.....HOW do you not have coffee? Disappointed......

Didn’t even end up staying here. Walked out and went somewhere else after seeing my room. Had to eat the money I paid for it, but was worth to not have to stay there

Paid for two room for 3 nights. I booked and called to see if I could get the rooms adjoining or at least next to each other. I was told they had not assigned rooms, but he would make a note. We arrive 3 weeks later, to find they are just on the same floor half a hallway apart. I was frustrated and trying to remain calm while explaining our situation, I have a family of 7 so we need two rooms, but was met with a very combative and aggressive GM, Brandi. She continually interrupted us and would not do anything additional to accommodate us, saying they had no two rooms next to each other (although the room right next to one of ours was empty all weekend). She threatened to cancel my reservations, which after our stay I wish we had. After that exchange we went to our rooms, one smelled terrible, both had not been cleaned for some time with hair and dirt all over the floor. In addition, some outlets didn't work, there were only bulbs in half of the light fixture in the bathroom, the main light in the room strobed, the trash in the hall was overflowing for much of the first day and the next (having to side step to go through the doorway), and breakfast was extremely lacking and not ready on time, should have been 6 AM, but was not ready till after 8AM the first day. We didn't even go to it, there was nothing but two choices of cereal and waffles....Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else, this place is not even fit for a dog to stay in.

Wouldn’t recommend. Propert was not well maintained stains prevalent on floors and ceilings. Overall it looked aged and poorly maintained.
