InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Marietta Town Center

I don’t know they don’t offer breakfast and I couldn’t get in even with reservations. He said I gave him a 1 star rating and I only go here because of my job. I’m not sure what other activities go on here. I said something to them and they won’t correct it. Cameras in places and have cia programs invade people’s space, I don’t know they’re involved? So I tried to get them to tell the truth but puppets do the darnest things.

Room was ok. Had some bugs. Of course some of the people staying their was not the best. Staff was ok but more for them and not the customer

Smelly room, old, dated furniture and appliances although I paid for a "Premium" remodeled unit. Roaches on the fridge and counters. Not as the picture shows, at all!

The hotel has nothing like the images! Very old appliances, and furniture, plus a bad smell

The location is decent with lots to do within walking distance. The staff were nice. The water was shut off for several hours one day. The electricity went out for about 20 minutes randomly. Both elevators were out for an entire day. Was given less than 24 hour notice that pest control would be in and was told I needed to vacate the room for 6 hours. Unless you get a “premium room” be okay with having battered, worn and stained furnishings throughout your room.

Neighbors were kinda loud at night, and the frotlnt desk had weird hours because it is mostly long term people in there.

The office hours were weird to me. 11-7 and closed on Sunday. I am accustomed to having earlier hours as well.

My bed was horrible and I asked that it be replaced and it never was! I’d never go here again.

The pictures are a lie! There are only a handful of rooms that look like the pictures. Bugs! Bugs! and more Bugs! Rude staff! They only "change" your sheets once a week, I am not even sure if they changed them. You are responsible for washing your towels and washcloths. There is nothing in the kitchen, you need to bring everything! 10 hours away from home and I had nothing! I could go on and on...don't waste your time or money!

I was there for three weeks for work, I was very comfortable. I almost didn’t want to leave! Thanks to the staff for making it enjoyable!

No breakfast here. Cleaning services once a week. 2nd week the cleaning in the kitchen area wasn't clean properly. The microwave looked very old and rusted. Because of the area location I decided to stay a little longer and maybe the service will get better but I was wrong. Yesterday my room was not clean. When I called to request the cleaning I was told I could come and get sheets and change my bed myself. That was Tues. (yesterday). The reason why I have stayed this long is because I didn't want to go through the time to find another place. My work is very demanding right now. My stay should be peaceful and accommodating to my needs. Paying too much for this stay. Having to wash the towels given to use to use. Listening to kids in the hallway after 11pm. Not being able to contact anyone at the front desk before 11am. The furniture is decrepit looking.
