My room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast options were very lacking, my door would not shut properly, and the area surrounding the air conditioner unit was soaking wet.

This hotel has been amazing. I’ve been here for almost 2 weeks and they’ve worked with me their pet friendly and they’re the sweetest staff ever. This is one of my favorite hotels. I want to say thanks to all of the staff for your great customer service your kind words and making my stay easy when life has been nothing but hard on me. You’re the best.!!!!

It was worth my money although it broke me

It was clean, quiet, and good parking.

I literally had to walk up and down a long hallway eight times because my room card would not work on the door to the outside and every time I tried it it would then deactivate getting into my room. At one point the receptionist key coded my card to the wrong room. But never apologized. I opted to stay Elsewhere on my way back through coming home.

The fan wouldn't blow on constant for me. That's kind of a must for me, but it didn't work. The air worked fine, but I need a fan to stay on while I sleep.

Was a good safe clean place to sleep. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Nothing hot. No protein. But would stay while traveling again.

Great bed Nice staff Water pressure in shower was a little lacking but overall would stay again.

Room was large and recently updated. Quiet hotel with amenities appropriate for the price. Conveniently located.

We sure could have used a little protein for breakfast. One of the machines in the fitness room was not set up properly. One of our key cards stopped working. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Myself another customer had to wait 10-15 for someone to come to the front desk. When she was finally there, more worried about her phone than us. Had to come back 2 times because she didn’t have the key card programmer right

The hotel staff was very professional, I booked through Expedia and they did not have my reservation! The desk clerk worked with me and secured a room for the night.

Convenient location, about 6 min. from all restaurants and activities in Marion like the ThrillHouse. A good central location for us since we were sight seeing in the area at Garden of the Gods (1 hr) Fern Clyffe (20 min) and Boo Castle Park (20 min). Rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed the extra seating and table in the rooms which gave my kids more space to play. My favorite feature was the extra sink/mirror located outside the bathroom which made getting ready in the morning with multiple people so much easier. The pool was freezing so it was hard to enjoy that feature unfortunately.
