Pool was out of order which sucked bc I had 2 little kids who were excited for it!! Key cards don't work well I'd suggest bringing room freshener Very convenient with cracker barrel and moto mart across st, walking distance.

So everything about the stay was fine; only thing I didn't really like was the fact (which I know it was close to check out). But house keeping was knocking on my door ask if I was staying any other night. I've never had this happen at a hotel before.

I travel a lot, and this is the worst hotel I've stayed in for the last 10 years, but maybe longer. The entire hotel smells like stale cigarettes. We had to buy air fresheners just to survive the space. Bedding was soiled. Room was never cleaned during the stay. There were insufficient towels and when we asked for more, the hotel didn't have any. The pool was functional the first day but then went out of service. I had a reservation for several days and planned to leave partway through the stay and my mother was going to continue to stay, but I felt it was too unsafe to leave her by herself.

The room was overpriced. I paid over $100/night and it really should have been priced at $75 or less. There were some issues with my room: The carpets and bed linens were stained. 1 of the 2 ice machines did not work. The safety latch on the door was broken. The control panel on the A/C was broken. I had to use the plug to turn it on & off. The WIFI needed a workaround to allow me to sign in. Thank you to the staff that helped me with this issue. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff made sure that it was well stocked and kept clean. Very glad to see that the property was pet friendly.

This IS DEFINITELY NOT A HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE BUILDING. There are NO elevators. I made a reservation June 11 for an August 1st check in & requested a ground floor room for my parents, one of whom uses supplemental oxygen. At check in, we were given two second-floor rooms. Entrances are not well lit, signage is confusing in the hallways, ice machines & pool were out of order. . I checked back out in ten minutes, never entered our rooms & drove 2 1/2 hours home. Fortunately I was able to get refunded for the rooms, but it took four phone calls and 75 minutes of time. I hope the listing on hotels.com is updated soon to reflect the lack of accessibility.

The rooms were nice but wore out. Paint was all over everything, tiles were missing, the heat lamp was missing and the towels were old. The pool was off limits and the breakfast didnt have bacon. No microwave in the room either. For the price we paid, i expected a much better experience. I dont recommend this one.

I had to call and then walk down to the desk to get a remote for the TV and two of the lamps were unplugged. The outdoor pool looked green so I didn't try it. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall it was a good experience.

Clean, affordable and Customer Service was great.

The room had several safety issues. For example, the lightbulb was hanging in the lamp. The outlet to the air conditioner did not have a cover plate on it and the carpeting overlay the outlet. The bathtub was cracked and repaired several times. I should’ve been placed in a non-smoking room and it was obvious it smelled as smoke. The Internet for the television was very weak and we kept losing signal.
-
The room was a little dated but as described. The stairwells had a strong cigarette smoke smell and the halls and room had a smell of smoke but masked with some sort of scent. Staff was pleasant as the grounds were in good order.

Booked a business suite room and it is horribly smeeling after a long journey. Couldn't sleep at all. Extra roling sofa bed bedding wasnt changed for a while.

I stayed here the week before and was put in the exact same room as previous week. When I left on the previous week I told them that there were stains on the bed sheets and they needed to be removed. When being put back in this room on our way back through town we went into the room and the exact same bed sheets were still on the beds still stained. There is dirt inside of the grout on the showers. There is no cover over the bathroom vent so it is very loud if you turn on the vent. The only plus side of this motel would be the water pressure and the pool.

Rooms were dirty. Bedsheets were stained.

good stay but no microvewave in the room

First off, toilet was dirty. No shampoo in the shower, one set of towels for my wife and I to use. Blood stains on the bed sheets and when they brought me a new set I had to switch them out. We reserved a king suite and got a two bed standard room (still waiting for a refund), short on toilet paper in our room, the room needs a major remodel. Couldn't watch television because it kept going out even when it was just a light rain shower. Just too much wrong with this place. This is the second Quality Inn we stayed at, different location mind you and We will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn! There's NO Quality at the Quality Inn!!

Dirty room when we walked in, never been cleaned

I don't know where to start. The room i reserved was supposed to be a suite with a jetted tub and king bed. I got the key card to it, when I went into it, there was no bedding, there was something sprayed all over the entry table, brown stuff poued out in the bathroom sink. I was mortified. Went to the front desk and they were going to get someone in to clean, I just asked for a different room , which they complied. For as nice a part of town this hotel was in, this place is in bad shape and either needs tore down or money put into it for repairs. The door around back to scan into at one time had obviously been kicked in because there was a makeshift latch that looked homemade holding the door shut. The trim around all the out door windows are rotting. Most of the room doors have paint all scratched off of them. I don't know what the smell is in the hallways are(maybe chlorine from the outdoor pool) it wasnt pleasant . I'm near certain they are renting weekly to low income people that are hard on the place. I seen a doorway with a childproof screen attached to the door. The next morning I'm pretty sure locals are showing up there to eat the free breakfast. There were a couple of older women walking around barefoot in the breakfast area. Can't see myself going back. Never seen a comfort inn in such shape.

The pool was treated in the early evening on a day that was blistering hot—so not useable Dog crap in the hallway An unconfirmed drug overdose (the police officer would not confirm or deny; told is “whatever you suspect happened is likely correct”) I left one day early and paid to stay at a safer hotel

Everything was clean and fresh. Although when we walked into our room, it was so cold in there the thermostat said 56. It was freezing but we fixed that. The bathtub was very slippery so had to be extra careful while showering.
