Roof leaks and water damage in room next to me, they wanted to switch me but I had already unpacked. Room next to me had fan on trying to dry rug. Smell was not good. Breakfast was great and staff tried their best to help.

The lobby was beautiful. I was there for a work event and the food and staff were excellent. The rooms are outdated. There are no USB ports to charge phones .There is no shampoo offered in the rooms.

Also if there is an event or tournament when you stay, guests park in handicapped spaces. Also told front desk. There are 2 handicapped parking, try the one on the side if front is full.

The staff was not helpful. The hotel did not have hot water and still had to cover the entire fee for the hotel room.

The room was clean but the bathroom was not. The shower floor looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in quite some time. I cleaned it and bought shower shoes. Apparently there were no other rooms.

Hotel was great but too many people smoking pot and it was coming into my room each day. As well as people partying in the halls all night each night.

Enjoyed your pet friendly and The cleansiness of the dog area of your facility. Myself and my children enjoyed the pool and was happy with our continental breakfast and options.

Very comfortable! My room was comfortable, and I stayed an extra day because of it. Everything was perfect.

Outside of the fire alarm going off at 1am with no fire and having to go outside in rain/cold lol everything was good.
