Room was very clean and maintained to excellent standards. The public areas show a little wear from the years, but were clean. Housekeeping was excellent . The front desk was either new or introverted for a hotel. Friendly, but did not offer alternatives when their answer was always no. For the price it was an excellent choice and would stay stain . We were here for a 4 day family get together, and my relatives that stayed at the Hilton commented that my room was cleaner and nicer .

Rooms were cleaned very late we have to stay out of the room for long time terrible service also they take very long to refund the 100 dollars guarantee I don’t recommend that hotel.

This was a very clean and inviting place to stay. The staff . . . . fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet staff. The best ! However, we had every expectation of using the pool and it was closed, for cleaning they said. Closed for the week ? ? But very disappointed and would have loved to have had a wee compensation.

I made reservations for a one night stay in two rooms: I with one king bed and one with two king beds. The second room that was given to us actually had a double bed and a pull-out bed. It was not what I was charged for and made for an uncomfortable night for my guests.

Breakfast Pool was closed whole reason o go there.and once before.Bar was closed and World Cup soccer games were on. Reward members no longer get water tvs had issues

Only complaint is the metal bedframe had slightly protruding metal near the feet. It was covered by a sheet but you could still easily hurt your foot if you banged into it. Otherwise everything was good. Good value.

didn't like that after i checked in to find out the pool was closed. having two little kids that really wanted to swim. should really say on websight that it was closed would of booked somewhere else

It is also especially important to us that Budget Car Rental has an office right in this hotel!

Great spot. Would stay again. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was huge and comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast and entryway The smell. It smelled like musty wet carpet and cigarettes. We also had somebody slamming their door all throughout the night
