We were only here for 1 night, the room was very outdated, there was a musty smell, the furniture was falling apart, there was french fries underneath the nightstand, there was no shower curtain, there were burn marks on the floor in the bathroom. Definitely wont be returning.

There’s nothing to like about the property, very bad smell in the rooms and the bed sheets were dirty too. The smell, the beds and the insects

the elevator was new, and the guy working night shift was very cool it was not clean, it smelt like pee when walking in, there was poop on the toilet seat in the bathroom, holes in the walls, it felt like american horror story...

Bathrooms were run down. Water won’t go down the sink and bathtub. Floors reeked of weed

Loved the room The pillows were not comfortable. The phones didn't work.

location The bedsheet had hair on it, the floor was sticky with dirt, it looked like someone spilled something sweet and didn't clean it up properly, the bathtub had hair in it, and the shower curtain was filthy.

The full kitchen The roaches in the bedroom and the rude staff. I took pictures of the roaches and they didn't care and made me still pay full price.

Management- how to improve: Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and bagels with cream cheese! Or actual breakfasts! Clean the floors of your hotel rooms! A vending machine for amenities, but free! They do that in Fairbanks Extended Stay and New York! Extra blanket in the room! A small table/desk in the rooms! Not a sticky, water swollen counter top! 4 sets of kitchen plates, cups, utensils! That’s just the minimum. It’s an Extended Stay Suites, for goodness sake!

The ac in the room worked only when it wanted to. There was no shower curtain, so the floor got wet. The bed was hard. The kitchette areas floor was sticky. Definitely not worth $150 a night.

The toilet was dirty and and the room floor was dirty.

Francisco is the greatest staff ever. He was very helpful with the checking in process. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

The smell in the hallways on the first floor were awful. Thankfully we ended up on the second floor which was better. The room seemed ok. But the bathroom floor was sticky. The walls and grout in the shower were brown with soap scum and the bottom of the shower curtain was all stained and spotted with soap scum. Checking the bed for bed bugs and thankfully didn't find any but the fitted sheet didn't fit the bed. Very uncomfortable to sleep fighting the sheet coming up around you that should have been fitted to the bed.

The location. Hotels in that area are expensive. I chose this hotel thinking a name brand hotel would be a good value The smell in the hallways on the first floor were awful. Rooms were very dirty and smelled very poorly. Shower curtain did not even keep the water in the shower creating a pool on the bathroom floor. Bath tub bottom was filthy. Parking lot was disgusting with trash all over and dog feces that did not get picked up.

Staff did help getting me a refund. However, the room smelled of pets. Not impressed with the property.
