Coffee bar had expired bottle of solid liquid coffee- mate that wasn’t cutting it ) rugs through out the place looks like they needed to be cleaned or replaced

Friendly staff, quiet, great location, pets allowed and great coffee/oatmeal. Hallways could be kept cleaner and smell better.

All good - I only needed a bed and a shower!

Location was a plus Scent upon arrival, floors were dirty and sticky, bed was uncomfortable, trash bags were lingering on the hallways, sheet had a smoking damage on it, all the lights in the room was not functioning, bug stains on shower curtain

Sheets weren’t tucked in. Went to front desk and only had one room available left which is full bed and not a queen I paid for. Got to room, there’s toilet paper stuck against the sink corner, it was dusty and disgusting. Staff said they would compensate me but lied and ignored and never responded as per Expedia. It was terrible experience.refrigerator and microwave were nasty and rusty. Front staff tried to help but hands are tied, manager was terrible and dodge me and hid in the office and told morning employee that she’s not coming in till 1 and told front staff to tell me that she spoke to someone from Expedia about the situation and compensation but lied because Expedia said they didn’t get anything.Manager in the office at the time I was checking out obviously because front desk was talking to someone in the office behind the wall. Unprofessional and worst customer service ever!!!! This place is the botttom of the bottom bottom!!!!

This place needs to be shut down and fully remodeled!!!! Our room was not clean, the bed sheets were wrinkled as if they’d already been used, the floor was dirty, and the toilet didn’t flush properly (there was even a plunger left in the bathroom). The hallways smelled bad and the walls and floors were filthy. Someone in our group even found sexual handcuffs in their room. Avoid this hotel!!!!!

The room stunk of cigarettes. The pillows and bed all hand a strong gross smell of it.

Nothing This is like a brothel or a short stay hotel if you know you know. We had drug users on our floor… the staff was pretty rude (other than the guy who checked me in). I called to ask for more wash cloths as we only had 2 in the room and the nasty lady at the front desk said we had to wait hours because they didn’t have any clean ones… WHAT!!!! I plan on calling corporate Monday morning.

I would probably not stay at this hotel again. Sort of unkept.

The property and most of the staff were great. It was not so easy to get towels. Also no one vacuums the halls or cleans lobby.

I previously was more negative in my initial review of room, due to a slight odd odor, aesthetic appearance, and sticky floors (probably from recently being cleaned), but after spending a night I appreciated the more relevant aspects of what I would want in a room. Even if not the most pleasing colors and decoration the bed was comfortable, everything seemed to be in working order, AC got cool quickly, water pressure was good and temperature as expected, and despite price point I paid I felt the overall quality was much better than I might have expected in advance. Room was better than other internal and external areas of the hotel, which is probably how I'd prefer it anyway. Front desk was slow to respond, possibly because I arrived late and didn't ring for service, and while efficient was neither friendly nor rude but somewhat neutral and uncommunicative. Desk agent at checkout was super friendly, though I had less interaction time. Ample parking and easy access to major highways. Did not utilize any hotel amenities such as breakfast, coffee, food options, etc., so can't judge.

Exactly what we needed for transition. Good for a family short term. Lots around and close for commutes

The room was decent The employee charged me again after I paid through booking. Com it was only gonna charge me 9 more for upgrade because they didn't have a room that I reserved and instead charged me 98 dollars and when I said something told me to take it up with booking. Com

Location was perfect to where I needed to be. Bathroom sink was clogged. No plug for bath tub to use.

Breakfast choices were an oats pack, hot water, coffee, creamer and packet to make hot chocolate. Towels were available as an exchange, used wet ones for clean dry ones. No room service, as in changing bed sheet. We stayed on the 3rd floor, dogs barked, we all are animals lovers! Unfortunately were right next to the trash room. We tried to use the dryer, machine took our coins but it didn’t work. We asked for help from front desk, we were informed that it had nothing to do with the hotel and we had to contact the number on the machine for help. I guess next time I’ll be reading reviews before booking.

When I stepped foot into this so called “Hotel” my nose was struck with a scent so horrendous I almost vomited in my mouth. The receptionists took at least 10-15 minutes to check us in to our room. Then came the elevator which also was horrific trash on the floor and dust surrounding the buttons. While walking out entering the mysterious dark hallway there were people screaming in their rooms; we arrived at our room and unlocked the door where a heavy dirty smell filled the air around us. The carpet in the room has stains everywhere and even the furniture was janky the drawer wouldn't stay closed and the cabinets creaky. After my few minute stay it is very seldom that I would make a mistake this big and chose such a unpleasant hotel.
