My room was quiet and clean. It has a kitchen, so I didn't get to the "grab & go" breakfast. The problem is that the hotel staff told me they don't have any dishes, cutlery or pots & pans! I don't understand this since it is extended Stay. Also, you cannot get clean linens or towels from Housekeeping!? Why? They will take the dirty linens, but they send you to the Frobt desk for clean linens! Why? The point of having Housekeepers is to clean & make beds, correct?

No rooms at check in time, had to get cleaning to go clean one, she was rushed and didn't have time to finish when they gave us the key, so toilet had poop splattered and blood on floor, shower still had soap in it. Not her fault. Shower curtain way too small, so water goes everywhere. Thin sheet and see through bed cover, thinner than sheet for bedding. 3 pillows for 2 beds, Wi-Fi slower than phone service, unless you pay. Dog friendly, but not much grass for them. Breakfast consist of granola bars, packaged oatmeal, packaged muffins, she hot water. Elevator closed on the dolly and crushed a bag, and very difficult to get does to open off of it. I'm so glad it wasn't my child or dog it closed on. It could have killed them. I expected more out of a motel that cost so much, compared to the cheaper ones around. It was a fairly quiet please to stay, not far from where I needed to be, but I'll look elsewhere next time.

The staff were very friendly The halls smelled. Dogs barking from multiple rooms. 1:00 AM fire alarm pulled. Carpet had huge stains. Bed uncomfortable. No shampoo. No extra toilet paper. Flood lights of parking lot streaming into the room through and around the curtains.

No room for breakfast along with not much selection of food. I would probably not come there again.

Cleanliness. Tons of black mold in the windows, dust/dirt on all the outlets and surfaces, clogged kitchen sink, huge ball of hair in the tub drain, sticky floors and more

Total chaos at check in. Granted we arrived early. We were told to come back at 3:00. We did that. They were still scrambling to find us a room. Took over 30 minutes before they could give us a room. No apologies were given.

The property hasn't been updated in years, it looks nothing like the Westborough MA location. This location looks more like a place for drug users to stay. The room we were given looked NOTHING like the photos. To start the floor was wet, there were melted candies under the bed, there were toenails under the bed (clearly not seen a vacuum in some time). The worst part was there was a bed spread in the closet that had urine on it. The halls were dark, smelt horrible and you could hear what is going on in every other room. When I asked to check out, the front desk person was surprised by my complaints. She wasn't able to refund my money, she had to have the guy sitting behind the covered window process it. I advised them both that I had pictures to show as proof, he couldn't be bothered to get off his ass and speak with me, rather he yelled from his desk. This location needs to be closed permanently, it's horrible. I will never stay there again, let alone recommend it to anyone I know.
