Staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. From the front desk staff to the staff who cleaned my room this stay was enjoyable for the 6 days I was there. The bartender was great with her charm all while keeping up with a fast paced night of work. Food was excellent from the free breakfast with a wide variety of choices to our evening meal. Tables were bused and chairs whiped after each customer. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff members. And they are staffed in all positions. Customer service here is 5 stars plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

This hotel has a very nice breakfast and the workout room is one of the better ones I have experienced at a hotel.

Good variety for breakfast. At breakfast staff clears away plates while you're still eating - feels rushed.

Room was fabulous and clean. Staff was great. Breakfast good. Bar I waited 15 minutes and no one was a bar to serve me. My suggestion for This Embassy Suite is no to give bartender to many other positions to do,

Rugs where dirty couch’s where stained bathrooms where not that clean and hallways where dirty rugs needs a good shampoo

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. The location is great for families wi th kids. A very nice complimentary breakfast as well.

Wonderful place to stay. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. Not much that we didn’t like. Slow elevator.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The cocktail bar staff did a great job and the bar was stocked with all our group desired. Will definitely consider this hotel for future group gatherings.
