The staff was probably the friendliest the whole 8 day trip. Breakfast was great! The attendant was very friendly and kept the food well stocked. The room was a tad tight and the someone left a banana peel in the ice bucket. Ice was on the first floor and we were on the 3rd. We requested first floor for disability and pet reasons (and booked 8 months out) and got 3rd floor.

Breakfast was good. Slept good the 1st night but couldn't get comfortable the 2nd night. The mattress didn't feel as firm as normal for a hampton inn. Mattress

Location The room. Shade was not working. Old

Easy to find location. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. Not ideal for going to the bathroom. The window curtains were inoperable. We had to roll up the curtain and toss over the rod during the day, then climb up in the evening to pull them down.

This was a very late check in after a concert in Boston and out quickly in the morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

bath room was showing its age paint runs where painters had runs on the walls and cocking needs cleaning in bathrooms not the cleanish i have seen

The decor was attractive and functioning. The beds are lovely and the bathrooms are all modern and well lit. The room has gentle lighting above the cabinets that’s perfect for the late evening or early morning.
