Hyatt Place Marlborough/Apex Center

Very convenient

Rooms are clean. Very well kept and comfortable. Breakfast included with stay. Parking is free, great location to Apex, shopping plazas and restaurant. The gym and pool area very clean.

Breakfast wasn’t anything special. The employees could have been more welcoming. Those two things aside, the hotel is fantastic. Very clean, very well maintained, and modern. Located in a great spot with lots to do nearby.

The AC was not working in the last day , the breakfast should include more cause we didnt have de chance to eat a lot .

The Hyatt was very clean, comfortable, the breakfast was great with a goid variety.

Big hotel. Very nice on the inside. Room was a good size. But not a family place. The evening/night shift employees were very young and unhelpful. There were no carts to bring luggage to the room. I had to make multiple trips through the lobby up to the elevator. Not once did they say hey if you park around the side there is a door that leads directly to the elevator. Nope! No basic conversation. They didn't even tell me when breakfast was served or where. Usually it's part of the introduction when checking in. Solo or couples have at it. But if it's a family and you have alot of bags and a pack and play. Think again.

I was pleasantly surprised how big and clean the room was. It was perfect! The staff at checkin was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and had so many options to chose from. There was plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend staying at any Hyatt Place Hotels! I look forward to my next stay with them.

Great location. Modern and well maintained. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I had one issue, and I consider it to be a big one…..DOGS. There were dogs everywhere, even in the breakfast area while guests ate. Gross! A dog peed right in front of me while riding the elevator. Yuck! I went to get a luggage cart when it was time to leave, and the only one available was absolutely covered in dog hair. Sick! Why can’t people leave their nasty animals at home??? Maybe if this hotel had a “no pets” policy, they would.

Great food buffet, Liam, son#2 has a bottomless pit of a stomach, for the first time I see him not able to eat that last piece of bread, he was so full. They have cooked eggs, you can get oatmeal omelette, cereal, boiled hot eggs, home fries, French toast, The staff don’t wait for you to come and ask, they offer to help even before the words leave your mouth. I was looking for ice, wondering the halls looking for the ice machine on the first floor. Well, everyone knows the ice machines are on the 2, and 4th floor, but not me 😅 so, I took a little detour. I was able to get a great night sleep, soft bed, clean sheets, they gave us extra covers and extra pillows. They gave us extra time to check out, because my knuckle head son# 1, wanted to go jump into the pool.. to see if it’s real.. very modern shower with glass sliding doors. Every thing looks brand new, and fresh. Oh, by the way.. I almost forgot.,, my sons took me out to a BTS concert at the Gillette Stadium.. we had a great 😊 time.. although all the other hotels in the area jacked up their prices, Hyatt kept their prices low. That was a nice surprise 😮

Family of 5, stayed 1 Tuesday night. Check in at 9pm was easy. We went straight to the pool. The pool was cold, I thought it was heated, but reviewing the description of the pool, that is not stated there. The pool deck was covered with water, had alot of hair and just grossness on it. The water was very cloudy and filled with hairballs. Mind you this was late at night, an hour before it closed, but still it was gross. Our room was nice and big. The a/c was struggling to keep the temp at 70. At times it felt like it was definitely a lot hotter than that before it would kick on again. The pull out bed came with sheets, but no blanket. We called down to the desk with our cell phone since the room phone wasn't working, to have a blanket brought up. After waiting 45 mins we just went down to the front desk to pick up the blanket. The guy was surprised it wasn't delivered yet because he messaged housekeeping right after we called. Breakfast was very lackluster. My daughter and I were there 30 minutes after it opened and there was a good selection. My husband and other children went 2 hours later and there was not much left. The eggs were soaking wet in condensation, and the other 2 hot sides were never refilled. There were no bagels or other pastries. It seems like when stuff ran out, the staff was hesitant to refill towards the end of breakfast. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again since there are so many other options in the area.

We have had a wonderful stay at the Hilton property was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay there.

Breakfast ended too early.

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Always nice to be greeted in sincere fashion! All in all, I was very pleased with our stay.
