Short stay but very nice!!

From start to finish, staff were exceptional. So nice having someone check in on the room daily and freshen it up during my stay. Helpful and thoughtful.

The property recently underwent remodeling and was already showing signs of wear, and several things were not working properly. Our first room required maintenance and we relocated to a second, which also had minor issues post remodel.

Breakfast was very ordinary and too sweet - no plain yogurt or natural poached egg options . Sweet and starchy was all that was available

Location of hotel and stores and restaurants were excellent! The pool was too small!

Not terrible. But we had an issue with our ac called the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. We were told they couldn’t do anything. Our room wouldn’t go below 77 degrees it was set at 66. Kept turning off.

Booked a room and paid upfront for a 2 queens room. When I arrived to check in, they did not have the room. Did not want to give me a refund or a discount for a 1 king room. Terrible customer service.

This time, our room was not comfortable than the first time, pillows felt very used, and air conditioner position was not favorable, was a little bit embarrased cause we paid more than the last time. The breakfast was good but simple. Anyway, we have fun there, and we definitelly recomend this place. Definitely need to check air conditioner position in some rooms, (room 277 in our case) I set the control in the lower position and not felt good. Bed pillows need to be checked sometimes and if not looks aceptable should be replaced. Breakfast could be better.
