I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Najoua, for her kindness , and Kenza from Guest relation for her great assistance. I also want to give a big thank you to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff for their excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes from the Medina by taxi. I highly recommend it. Nothing

Closeness to Al Manzar Mall and easy access to taxi. Being charged for everything without any courtesy. The rooms were old and shabby but clean. Didn't have basic necessities like tissue, toothbrush, toothpaste, or even things for tea or drinking water.

Swimming Pool was beautiful and bar's staffs were very polite Worst experience of our lives. We chose all-inclusive to have more comfort, but at check-in we were surprised because the price charged was different from what we had booked on Booking.com. To make matters worse, there was a total lack of information from the staff, who, in addition to barely speaking English, made communication very difficult. Every hour there was a misinformation about what all-inclusive meant. Towels were taken from the room early and only returned late in the afternoon. If we needed to take a shower in the meantime, it was not possible. Free Wi-Fi, poor connection Since it was all-inclusive, only the cheapest drinks were offered. We could only go to one of the three restaurants in the hotel. Dirty glasses offered for all-inclusive, terrible cleaning in the restaurant area for glasses, cutlery, etc. Hotel is 4 star, but I wouldn't give 2 Pay attention to the reviews.

We stayed for a night when our flight got cancelled, arrived late and left after breakfast, thus haven't tried a swimming pool or other facilities. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a family room where we fit with our 3 kids instead of using our online reservation of 2 rooms, which was almost double price too (luckily it was possible to cancel it). The breakfast had plenty of choice and was tasty. The pool looked nice through the window, the kids would have liked to try small slides, but unfortunately, we had no time. Check-in took long. We booked an hour before arriving at the hotel, and apparently, it was (almost) full, thus it took a while to find a suitable room for our family. We were glad we were helped though.
