Kech Boutique Hotel

Very impressed with room size , great breakfast each day, dinner meals were fantastic. Pool, very calming and relaxing. SPA was one of the top things we did. It surpass our Spa that we get each month. We had no issue. Very accommodating. !!! I had NO issues. Even with the language barrier , great service. I travel a LOT, this was at the TOP!!I I will recommend this hotel.

Everything! The only thing I could say is that we had to get a taxi/coach to some places we visited as it wasn’t nearby (day trips, the square, fomo restaurant), although there was a mall, kfc, some bars and restaurants all within walking distance, so it’s not like there isn’t anything near the hotel.

The staff was really nice and really helpful. Hassam at the reception helped me out a few times. But all the others were really nice to I enjoyed talking and joking with them. You could tell that they enjoy their job.

The rooms were clean and large enough for our family. The hotel definitely needs some updating. All the furniture were damaged, and the doors did not close smoothly. There was not air conditioning in the room, because they do not turn them on until the summer. The rooms were stuffy.

We have booked this hotel many times for our clients, and the experience has always been very good. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well prepared for guests. Our clients often tell us that they are happy with their stay. The hotel staff are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are always ready to assist guests and make sure everything is comfortable during the stay. Because of the good service and the cleanliness of the rooms, we feel confident recommending this hotel to our clients.

Ikram made THE BEST MSEMEN in the morning. I’ve eaten a lot of Msemen in my life these were by far the best I’ve had, with a little bit of honey it was amazing. You have to try them! Overall, the personnel was very nice, the rooms were clean, the pool area looks amazing. It’s not the closest to the city center so that’s the only remark I have to make, but at least it makes this hotel pretty calm and quiet.

The restaurant for breakfast and dining was excellent. The room was clean and big. Missing blow dryer and I had to keep asking for it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The big negative note was the spa. It was a ripoff. The place is not clean. The staff very unprofessional. Old towels and ripped. My husband and I wanted a couple massage hangman and facial, but they could not do two people together so we had to do back to back. The massage was like me putting on lotion. Ridiculous. They start it, then they live you in the room for 20 minutes Waiting for I don’t know what. The massage with facial lasted about 30 minutes. Nowhere close to the 50 min it should have been. The ham man bath was also ridiculous. She was coming in and out every 10 minutes. The worst experience ever. The spa is a ripoff. Already errore everything about it above. Unprofessional, not clean, ripped old towels. Not a good place at all .

One of the best hotels in Marrakech, the hotel is clean, breakfast is very good and the staff is friendly. Recommended.

Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Lovely and comfortable room. Climbing over the high wall of the bathtub to use the shower.

Great Nothing

I had a great 3-night stay at Kech Boutique Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. I especially loved the pool and spa area, which were perfect for unwinding after exploring Marrakech. A wonderful experience that I would happily repeat and highly recommend. A special thanks to the reception team (day/night shifts) and their manager for being extremely helpful and professional. There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything was well managed, and any minor details were very small and did not affect the overall quality of my stay.

The location is in an area that is quiet but convenient. The staff is cordial friendly and accommodating. I always choose the Kech Boutique Hotel when I am in Marrakech. I love the room size. They also have an outdoor pool area that you can just relax even if you don’t go in. When I need a break from my high intensity job and Miami Beach lifestyle I come here to disconnect and recharge. Good value for the price I would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. I found the bed particularly good. The thing that impressed me the most was the staff: they were SUPER helpful and went above and beyond to assist me (i.e: for instance with sending me the invoice that I had forgotten to ask). All in all it was a 10 out of 10 for me. If I come back to Morocco next year, I already know where to stay.

Nothing Theft of a sum of money from my room, which I had not placed in the safe. Very disappointed by this unacceptable experience in a 4-star hotel. You should review your staff and hire trustworthy housekeeping personnel. Not a single word of apology from them, apart from saying they would “follow up on the matter”… what a shame. I will never return!
